I put a request out on Yelp Wednesday afternoon, received a handful of offers that were crazy skyrocketed prices, and came across Tactical Tree Operations that were not only able to quote based off the pictures I uploaded, but came in as the most reasonable price. They were able to come out first thing Saturday morning. They arrived a few minutes early, went straight into assessing how to tackle the tree. I forgot/failed to provide details that my alleyway was very narrow due to my 2 AC units and my neighbor's one unit that was basically right across from each other which presented a very narrow through-way for their stump grinder. They managed anyways without the stump grinder, and got it down as low as possibly could. I was very pleased with the results. I was impressed with their precision in cutting off each big branch and tossing it over into my yard and not falling into my neighbors' yard. They were cleaning and picking things up as they worked. They even raked some of my backyard in the process. The entire job took maybe less than 2hours, just as they had estimated. A few of my neighbors even came out and got them to do a small job in their yard. The work involved trimming of five various trees, a complete large double oak tree removal including stump grinding, and small tree/brush removal. I might mention that all of this work was completed in one day in the freezing cold weather on January 14th!
