Felix and his crew spent 4 days removing brush and downed trees, and removing any dangerous broken limbs after the recent tornado. We have over 50 trees and most were impacted by the high winds and by cyclonic activity. They salvaged what they could and now the remaining trees can come back to life. Everything was left nice and clean. We are quite pleased with the results after such a devastating event. read more

We had used Felix Tree services many years before, so he was the first I contacted for work on a 100 ft. bald cypress, and two crepe Myrtle's that were having some issues. Felix came over the same day to look over the job, we worked out a price, and the crew was out the next morning. I was a bit nervous about how my cypress was going to look after a trim, but the results were beyond my expectations. And we were very satisfied with the two crepe myrtles as well. The crew were professional, knowledgeable, and everything was done in a timely manner. I can highly recommend Felix Tree and Landscaping Services. read more

Really professional and humble They're more than what I expected and exceed my expectation. read more

Felix and his team did a great job. Felix came out quick for a quote. He was knowledgeable about the trees and gave us some great information. We texted and set up a time for his team to come out. They were quick and clean. My husband asked for the logs to stay for smoking and fires. They stacked them very nicely. I am so happy we went with him. read more

Excellent job! We requested 3 trees to be cleaned & trimmed to make room for the sun to shine through (to help our grass grow). They did exactly what we asked! Totally competent and precise! And the cleanup afterward was spot on! The price was more than fair Already had a neighbor stop by for their number! Felix's team served us well at my FIL's home in 2022. We knew they would do well for us and they did! Thank you Felix and your amazing team for another great job! read more

Felix and is crew were wonderful. I called at 5:00 and he was at my house 15 minutes later to give us a fair and honest quote. Our tree split and was resting on our house. He had his crew out by 8:00am the next morning. They worked hard and efficiently. They cut and removed the tree, the stump, and all of the roots. They also cleaned my gutters without us asking us asking. Cleanup was impeccable. Highly recommend! read more

These guys really came through for us! I was visiting my sister in Gulfport, Florida after hurricane Milton. A 250 year old 175 ft tree was laying across the house and it was going to be8 weeks before the local arborist freed up. These guys came in and took care of everything in three days. Professional, quick, experienced and not to mention the entertainment value of watching these guys work! It was my sister's birthday and they were a great gift! read more

This is the 2nd time we have used them. This time we had them remove a tree! They did an awesome job again! They are also quick. I was thinking they would be here day. No they got here about 9 and was done by 1:30. You can't even tell there was a tree there! The guys are very professional. I did want to mention that today is our trash day. Their truck was blocking the trash man from getting the trash so one of these guys actually saw the trash men and handed them to trash so they didn't have to go all the way around truck! Great job guys! Again thank all of y'all so much for doing an awesome job! We will see you again since we have a couple more things to get taken care of. read more

Extremely disappointed. I used Felix Tree a few years ago to have have a large live oak trimmed in my back yard. They did an excellent job. I contacted them again to have the same tree trimmed. I spoke to Felix directly on his cell phone. He asked me to text him my address, and he would send his son out to assess the job. That was on October 30th. I wanted this to be done before I had knee surgery on Nov. 7th. Never heard back. Post surgery, I contacted him again, explaining that I was satisfied with the work they did the first time, and that I wanted to give him a second chance. Second chances don't last forever. Here we are, 18 days later. Still no response. Times up. My patience has evaporated. read more

Being a single person I hire many contractors for jobs around my house. This company is in the top 1%. They did such an awesome job removing 2 trees and trimming up 4 trees. I just wanted to hug them when they were done. The cleaned up all the debris and the yard looked great. Thanks for caring about quality and customer service. read more

This is how it goes when you buy a home: as soon as you sign that dotted line at the title company, things start to fall apart in and out of the home, right?! Well, one of these failures included two trees. They were knocking on death's door when we bought it, but they finally crocked. One was so brittle that a hard rain or heavy wind would bring down limbs, so it just wasn't safe anymore to keep. I wasn't sure how to locate a reputable tree expert and downloaded the Home Advisor app. With just a few clicks and keystrokes, I was receiving calls from companies offering to come out and give free estimates. One was too high, and another didn't even show up at our mutually decided appointment time. Um, no thanks, Mr. Unreliable. Then came the rep from Felix Tree. First, he showed up on time for the estimate. He took his time, analyzing the trees and even digging into the dirt to look at the roots. He was kind and patient with all of our questions. He gave a reasonable estimate and by the end of the evening, he was hired. He arrived the following day and completed the task within just a few hours. Removed the trees and the stumps, covered the holes and cleanup up the area. One of our neighbors who also had a dead tree even came out and soon they were removing that tree, as well. Since new trees do not grow well in the dead of summer here, he suggested we wait until the fall to plant new trees. We will definitely use this company to install the new trees and I would highly recommend their services. Very impressed! read more

Felix and his crew are amazing! We have 4 huge Oak stumps and a few smaller stumps ground up, and they did an awesome job in half the time estimated, and a very reasonable price! We can't say enough good things about a contractor that shows up when they say and on time, and does a great job as well. Felix is on top of it! read more

I had a huge limb I needed removed that was towering over my garage. Very fast response time, punctual, professional, and efficient. I will definitely be using them anytime I need things done. read more

Tree removal review for Felix Tree Services. I had asked my neighbors previously if anyone had any recommendations for a tree removal service for 3 tall dead trees and if so, approximate cost. I was given some names and told it would be about $3,000-4,000 JUST to cut them down, no stump grinding or removal. Too much for my budget. So I did some digging online - Angie's List, Home Advisor, and I kept seeing Felix Tree Services come up in conversations with positive reviews. The prices seemed much lower. So I called yesterday at around 2 PM. Felix came out at 5:30 that same day and quoted me $1,800 for everything - cutting, stump grinding, removal and clean up. They came this morning (8 AM on the dot) and finished at 11 AM. There was a crew of 4-5 people, very fast and efficient. They did a fantastic job, cleaned up great AND while the crew was taking a break, one guy even trimmed up three other trees at no extra cost! They had a wood chipper with them and it was all done in a jiffy. I can't say enough good things about them. If you need tree trimming, removal or landscaping (which they also do), I highly suggest them - their # is 214-991-9227 read more

They removed a dead crape myrtle and dug out the root ball -- all without damaging the sprinkler head about 6 inches away. Great job, great cleanup, great communication, great price. This is the type of company I like to deal with. read more

Did the needed work, cleaned up, all in a timely manner for a fair price. They removed dead trees and did some needed pruning. Will call them next time we need help. read more

Felix and his crew were very professional. They were attentive while bringing down large branches over the power lines in our backyard from 5 very large oaks, and away from the house, they made it look easy. Obviously, very well trained, I cannot say enough about this business. I didn't realize how bad the last tree trimming two years previous was until I saw the finished work of Felix . Not only was Felix better than the previous company but was half the price. The only regret we have is not finding Felix Tree Services & Landscaping sooner. read more

The guys showed up on time, Felix speaks excellent English, they did a great job removing large limbs and smaller branches from 2 giant live oaks and trimmed crepe myrtles away from the house without damaging any of our fairly new landscaping. They cleaned up everything as if they had not been here (except our trees look much better). Price was right and the work was done right - we'll use them again and recommend them to friends. read more
