These guys did a wonderful job. The value really shows in how well-trained and professional the team is. I originally noticed their advertisement on my door, and when I called, a representative arrived within about 90 minutes. Joe was very knowledgeable and provided a fair, reasonable quote. Shortly after, a three-person crew got right to work on my trees and handled everything efficiently. They were also very thorough with the cleanup and left the area looking better than they found it. I would definitely recommend this company for their fair pricing, skilled team, and the care they put into their work. read more

I have used Green Pine Tree Service for the last two years with favorable reviews. I was pleased with pricing and work quality. I recently received an email from them, offering a 15% discount on tree service. I scheduled a quote for lat Friday, the 28th. Joe arrived, assessed the required work, and presented a quote that was almost $200 more than the previous work performed 10 months ago for virtually the same thing! I asked about a 1st responder discount and he said he'll waive the tax. There was no mention or consideration of the 15% discount. He also stated that they should've charged more for the previous work. In my opinion, this is nothing more than the old bait and switch con. They don't stand behind their word. I cannot continue to recommend Green Pine Tree Service. read more

OMG! If I could give more stars I would. These guys are monsters. I've never seen any company that that busts their a** more. Estimate day 1. Approved morning of day 2. They showed later that day and were done trimming two 50 y/o live oaks in 2 1/2 hours. Everything cleaned up and hauled away. Work ethic is 100% with this company. Bravo and thank you for a great job. read more

Received an advertisement, on my door, telling me of this company. We were in the 'need' to have some offensive neighboring trees trimmed. Called their number that same afternoon; a representative (Adam) from the company came out, gave us a FAIR price estimate. We agreed, asking when the crew would be available; he said, probably tomorrow afternoon. Next morning @ 8am, the crew (3 young hispanic males) showed up at our door; I took water out to them, as they worked. They did not use 'powertools' only 'hooks' with pull ropes to cut the tree limbs. They were here and gone, within two hours! Totally cleaned up ALL branches, leaves, and other yard debris. I HIGHLY recommend this company; Fair Priced, Fantastic workers, and left my yard a whgole lot cleaner, than when they arrived! read more

This company likes to freak out dogs, wake up sleeping toddlers, and litter already trash-filled neighborhoods with their flyers. Devote some time to staying off of people's porches and off people's property and maybe do some neighborhood trash pickup. Or maybe do better at your job so you don't have to harass the community with your unwanted flyers and cards. Thanks for nothing, hope you do better. read more

Fast turnover with a fair price. They did a good job on our trees and were knowledgeable.

If you want your trees trimmed or removed the right way, call this company. Professional all the way, will recommend and use again.

I recently had my trees and large shrubs trimmed. Overall, they did a great job, and I would definitely use them again. When I had a concern, someone stopped by to talk to me and did a quick a touch up. They were pleasant to work with, and the pricing was fair. They were vague on the date and time. I had to follow up to find out when they were coming. The work started later in the afternoon, so they called and let me know they would be back to finish the work. read more

DO NOT USE !!! Horrible! My neighbor had his trees trimmed and numerous branches are now on my property. I took my dog out to pee and the jerk worker continued to cut limbs almost hitting my dog and me. Several other workers didn't bother to tell him to pause. One worker started giving me attitude after I threatened to call the police and said I was giving attitude to his worker. They are obviously not animal lovers. No one has communicated how they are going to clean the mess in my yard (jump the fence, ask for permission to enter). They also didn't bother to put out traffic cones and were blocking the alley way. There are way too many other tree companies to put up with this disrespectful and professional company. read more

I highly recommend using this company! They are professional, quick, polite, and a pleasure to work with! I had a tree that was super tall in between two homes and I asked that nothing fall on our roofs and they made it happen! Thank you all! read more

I am leaving an honest review. Initially things were smooth. I called on a Friday and made an appointment for Saturday at 2pm. My estimator Pablo arrived at 2:10pm which was fine because they did call ahead. Pablo quoted me 300 for 1 tree to raise the canopy I thought that was ridiculously high. Then he dropped the price from $300 to $250 to$ 200 so I haggled with him and got him down to $175. That price was to include a debris haul off which I was happy with. He supplied a written estimate and we set the appointment up for the following Wednesday at 2pm. He said I would receive a call to confirm the appointment later in the week. Long story short i never received the call and I had to call them on Wednesday to see if they were still coming. Turns out they double booked my appt and wanted to move me to another day. I was not happy and they ended up coming Same day. My wife was home when they arrive and they never introduced themselves and just began to cut on our tree. That was a little surprising. All is all the tree came out great but the scheduling process is not good so make sure you asked a lot of questions and confirm the appt. Moses in the office is great and accommodating but I gave 3 stars for the miscommunication and lack of communication upon arrival. read more

Used them last year they did an excellent job!!! Can't reach them to cancel an appointment on Tues. 5/5/2020. I know I called the number twice today, man on the other end said I had the wrong number. 214-212 2832 does not look wrong to me. Carlos where are you??? read more

Green Pine came to our home to trim a large oak tree in our front yard. They did not come to the door to let us know they were starting to work and left without saying anything. We discovered a dent in our roof which explains the noise we heard while they were working. We contacted the company and they came out but was not interested in addressing the damage. Since that time they have called several times requesting payment. Do not use this company! read more

Green Pine Tree Services did a great job removing a large 4ft wide tree that was in a precarious position on the edge of our property line hanging over the creek. Other tree trimming companies had refused to do the job or said they'd damage a nearby Japanese Maple in the process. Green Pine Tree Services did not do any damage to the Japanese Maple and we were pleased with their work! read more

To be fair I have never used this company, but they continue to leave trash on my property. I would never hire a company that feels OK doing that. It's your trash, not mine.It would be nice if they stopped doing that. read more

Did a good job for us 2 years ago. Called them back this year and they didn't show up for the first estimate appointment. No call, no apology, nothing. The scheduler seemed very confused. We rescheduled. They showed up late and then tried to raise the price that they charged us previously by 50% for the same (or less) work. When we pointed out that this was certainly not the way to treat a returning customer, they refused to offer us any discount. We asked to talk to the owner and the estimator initially would not provide his name. After we questioned why it was a secret, he finally told us that his name is Pablo. Bottom line there are many reasons to AVOID THIS COMPANY. read more

Finanominal work! I am so blown away. Great folks to work with! I will recommend many times over and use them again!

These guys called 3 times to reschedule on the same day. Then they had the nerve to show up 3 - 4 hours after the 3rd schedule appointment. The following weekend the did the same thing. read more

Had these guys out today and I could not be happier! Issac was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he helped me get everything I needed done for a price I could afford. His team was prompt, courteous and professional. They did a really remarkable job and actually raked my back and front yard when they were done removing debris! Use them, they are fantastic!! read more

I used Green Pine last year and they did an great job. This year, I requested just clipping of the long branches and removal of deadwood. No cutting of the new shoots in interior. What happened instead was a gutting of these 45-year-old trees, which is exactly what I asked them not to do. These poor trees are disfigured and will not come back to their beautiful fullness because of their age. While the original meeting of the rep went well, the trimmers did not follow directions and completely disregarded my requests about the trees. i went outside twice and asked them to stop cutting the interior branches. Eventually I had to call the rep to make them stop, but it was too late. The company did apologize and reduced its price by $100, but that will not repair the damage. Overall, a poor experience. read more

These people were hired by my neighbor to remove some trees. I have a beautiful big oak that is close to the property line. By law, they can trim the branches up to my property line (which is plainly delineated by a fence). Instead they came on my property, without my permission, and butchered my tree. They took off huge limbs nearly flush to the trunk, which is several feet on my side of the fence. I strongly suspect the tree won't survive. If they don't respect 1) trees 2) other people's property or 3) the law, why on earth would anyone dream of hiring them? I'll be filing a criminal trespass case with the local police. read more

Needed 4 trees removed, including a bois d'arc, with stumps cut flush to ground, had 2 other very large maples trimmed way back and large limbs removed, also had a clump of cedars that needed to go away. Had one quote from another service. Green Pine came out the same day I called for a second quote, beat the first quote substantially (without knowing what it was), started work the next morning, and had the job done in several hours. Everything was completed above and beyond expectations as discussed, all wood was disposed of through their chipper, clean up was extremely thorough. I was so impressed with the quality of their service, I added additional money to the final check above the agreed contract amount. read more

We have a HUGE hackberry tree in our backyard that a very large branch split during the last thunderstorm and could have smashed through the roof except it got caught on another branch as it fell! So I was in a panic to get it taken care of in a timely manner and looked online for tree services that had favorable reviews. Found Green Pine and called mid morning the next day - said they could come at noon and give me an estimate and if I was happy with it they could do the work that day. Pablo showed up at noon, gave me a good estimate and called his crew to be there at 1:30. They showed up as promised, got right to work on the broken limb and then trimmed dead limbs and overall canopy of our tree. What a difference! Great job! Great clean up and they were very careful around all my gardens, flower pots and ornaments. Would definetly recommend them. They saved the day (and our roof) for us! Sandy read more

They left their business card on my door and decided to give them a call to receive an estimate on removing a rather large oak tree in front of my home. I spoke with Isaac and he offered an estimate that was rather fair considering the fact that they were dealing with a large tree. Not only did they cut it but also hauled the branches away and grinded the stump. After the job was said and done, my front lawn looked amazing and I was impressed to see how much they cleaned up the site as well. The quality of their work was definately great and I will not hesitate to call them again in the future. Thank you to all of you for your hard work. read more
