I called Marvin who said they'd be by around 4-5:00. The entire crew showed up and we settled on a price for what I needed done. There wound up being two men on the roof, two climbers in the tree out back, and about 5 people doing clean up as the job progressed. Very happy with the quality of work and the fair price. I believe that whether you call Albert's or Rudy's, you're getting the same people because some wear Alberts t-shirts and some wear Rudy's, at least they did a year ago. I didn't notice this time. One company, two names, good people.

A crew of 10 with 3 trucks, chipper, 2 fork lifts, equipment and a flat bed trailer came to complete the job and clean up. All limbs were removed carefully using ropes to bring them down. My artificial turf was protected as plywood sheets were used when the fork lifts retrieved downed limbs. My debris filled up two trucks. Hernandez Tree Experts cleaned up using blowers and left my front yard spotless. The job was completed in just over 3 hours. Cost was four-figures but was less than competitive estimates. I was so relieved that my unstable oak tree is no longer a risk. I will miss the shade but not the constant maintenance costs. I highly recommend Hernandez Tree Experts. They work all over the DFW metroplex.

My son rides his bike to get to the bus stop, and because it's a pretty far walk, I asked the office if he could leave his bike near their building during the day so it wouldn't get stolen. They agreed without hesitation. Not only did they allow him to keep his bike there, but the employees have always been kind and respectful to my son. They've even put air in his bike tires for him. That may seem small to some people, but it meant a lot to us. I know they didn't have to help us, and some businesses may see something like that as a liability or inconvenience, but they chose kindness and integrity instead. This review may not be directly about the tree services they offer, but it says a lot about the type of people they are. They truly care about their community, and I'm very thankful for the accommodation and kindness they've shown my family. Thank you! School is almost over but we will see ya in August.
