For the fourth time, three for me personally and once for a friend, Torres Tree Service has provided us with outstanding service at a very reasonable price. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We had a tree fail to leaf out this spring so for our third time at our property, we called them out for an estimate. They arrived early the next day and looked at the tree and quoted us a reasonable price and time that met our needs[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. They arrived at the agreed upon day and time and within 45 minutes, had cut down the tree, put it all through the chipper, and raked up the area, leaving it cleaner than when they arrived. Contacted them thru their website. Eddie called me and came over to give an estimate on the same day. I dint compare prices but they seemed to be competitive. The crew came in the afternoon, a couple of hours after I confirmed the work. They worked till end of day and came back the next day to finish the work. Am no expert but I think they did a good job. Had requested some basic trimming of the trees upfront which Eddie confirmed he would do. This was not completed. The only reason for the 4 stars. I will recommend them for your tree service needs. I have used Torres Tree Service 2 times they have been great and have cleaned up the job very well. The prices are good, I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a tree service. They are also very compassionate people, while I had a family matter going on I had to deal with he was so understanding and told me not to stress. Eddie goes to the neighbors to let them know what is going on and ask if it is ok to get in there yard or on there roof. They also not only cleaned up my yard they also cleaned up the neighbors yard, the best that they could with the dirt they have back there. Unfortunately we have new neighbors that like to complain. We have lived in the same place for 32 years and never once had a complaint about the tree service when used before in the same area of our yard. I am so sorry that some people put up false info on a review. That is just hateful people that have nothing better to do. read more

I ordered firewood from Torres this week. They asked if they could deliver it on the weekend, which was good for me. They arrived at the agreed time, unloaded and stacked the wood in my backyard, and they did it at a very fair price. Firewood is difficult to find right now.
