We had a Hackberry tree in our back yard lose a big limb due to high winds over the weekend. This tree was huge, started from a branch sent to us by the Audubon Society. Jose came by rather quickly and gave me a quote which I thought was fair and at 2 pm they showed up. 6 guys all dressed in green T-shirts and went right away to work. Work they did... like a team that knew the goal was to remove a huge tree and they did it SAFELY I might add. Within several hours later, the tree was removed, all litter was picked up and the street where they parked the wood chipper was even cleaned up. It was like no one was ever there. If you are having trees removed or pruned I totally recommend Jose's tree service. I have used them several times in the past to prune and remove trees. Always on time, very professional, and just good people to deal with. I just had a large oak tree removed that was dying in the top due to storm damage. Jose fit me in his schedule quickly. His crew worked safely and guided large limbs down to not damage anything. They clean everything up afterwards and have their own truck for grinding limbs. We have a giant hackberry in our backyard. The wood is naturally wet and very dense which makes it heavy. During the thunderstorms last night (5-15) we heard what we took for thunder. It was a huge, massive limb of the hackberry crashing to the ground. I sent Jose a text message early Saturday morning and explained the problem. He brought his crew out the same day in pouring rain and removed the limb. They did a yeoman's job in very adverse conditions. Last year I had Jose and his Amazing crew out to clear power lines and clear massive trees with lots of wooded area on my land. It was a tough job that I am pretty sure only they could do so fast and well. Amazing job guys. This year I had them back out to trim some branches that were too close to my roof and the out a sod looking tree. They also leveled behind my deck so I have more a yard than hill. We needed some mistletoe removed from our trees and Jose's estimate was the best by a large margin. I contacted several tree businesses to take down a large oak tree, and finally chose Jose's after talking to Jose in person. His price was reasonable, after deciding to go with Jose's he arrived on time and started work, he finished the job in about 4 hours, the tree was very large, approximately 40' tall and about 4' in diamater at the base, they cleaned up and hauled off all the wood.
