The estimate was higher than I hoped, but I agreed. They did a basic tree trim, and did not complete the job as agreed, specifically bracing a the heavy limb. Further, they expected full payment. I paid, as life is too short to argue these things. If they didn't want to perform the limb brace work, they should have told at the time of estimate. These guys are probably fine for basic trimming, but be clear on what you're getting. I've switched to a tree service from East Dallas that seems more expert at handling big trees. They do cable and brace work, and the cost per tree, of trimming, was the same. No other complaints with the trimming, but no question they could have handled it better in so many ways. At a minimum they should back up their estimates, or reach you that day if they are in over their heads. I Won't be back.

He came out and took a look and said his guys could have the tree cut up today. And they did! By middle of the afternoon it was gone. And they cleaned the tiny debris up as well, so other than the fence damage you wouldn't even know that anything happened. Fantastic service!
