I even talked to him about some other outdoor projects I need done. I accepted his quote upon receipt of the estimate. Mason was extremely patient with me when I was indecisive on when the work would commence. When I gave him a start date, his crew, headed by Tomas, was prompt and efficient. My gutters are the precise color I wanted and look beautiful. I have already had two service people who came to my home on other projects compliment how gorgeous the new gutters are. The workmanship is superior, I am thrilled with the quality and value of the product, and Mason is so easy to work with. 10/10!!!

The project I had done started a couple months back when I was researching pricing on having concrete poured from the back to the front yard, with a pad to store my garbage cans and any other items on the side of the house, as well as stone edging that matched the front of the house to go along the perimeter of the sidewalk. I had an estimated range of pricing I would be happy with for the amount of concrete and the overall scope of work to be done. Several contractors came out to give me quotes but Daniel was the only one who showed up at the time we had scheduled, which is very much appreciated. We talked about the scope of work, materials required and the timeframe for getting everything done. The pricing for the project was within the range I had researched before so I decided to go ahead and sign on with Daniel for the job. The concrete pour was a single day job. Daniel and his crew showed up in the morning to get all the prep work done and were very accommodating to some of the minor changes that I wanted to implement to the final design. Once that was done it was time to pour, which went about as smoothly as it could've gone. Finally we got the materials required to have the stonework done for the edging on the sidewalk. The materials were delivered to the house the day before and Daniel was again on time the next day to get the project done. We again talked about a couple minor changes to the final design (part of which was suggested by one of his crew) and this was another single day job. Daniel was able to come by the house and clean up everything from the project before I started getting issues from my lovely HOA. Again, overall Daniel did an amazing job, I'm particular about the work done on my house and he was very accommodating with any changes or issues I had. His work is top notch and high quality, I would rate higher if I could. Thank you again Daniel

As a realtor in the Dallas area, I've worked with quite a few junk removal and property cleanout…read morecompanies over the years, and I can honestly say Lone Star Elite Hauling & Junk Removal stands out from the rest. I hired them for a full property cleanout, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. The property had a LOT of stuff that needed to be removed, but their crew showed up ready to work and completed the entire cleanout in one day -- about 10 hours from start to finish! They were professional, respectful of the property, worked nonstop, and made the entire process incredibly easy for me. Everything was hauled away and the property was left clean and ready for the next step. I've used multiple junk removal companies in the past, but after this experience, Lone Star Elite Hauling & Junk Removal will be the only company I use going forward. If you're a realtor, investor, property manager, homeowner, or anyone who needs a large property cleanout done right, I highly recommend them. Five stars all the way. Great communication, hard-working crew, fair pricing, and most importantly, they actually did exactly what they promised. I'll definitely be calling them for my future properties!
