I really liked Cher, who handled our estimate, and was glad when Treehugger's quote was reasonable, to seal the deal. Shelly the scheduler is personable and thoughtful, and when she called to reschedule our job (forecast of very wet weather meant endangering the crew), she did it in plenty of time for us to realign all the other moving parts involved in getting this sort of work done. Then Ryan came with a skilled crew, right on time. They deployed to get backyard permissions from adjoining neighbors, helped us shift the camper trailer out of their way, and got to work. This summer, the summer of COVID, we had Ryan come out and give us a bid on tree trimming. He is a certified arborist and yet his bid was a little less than other bid we received, and the 3rd man was a no-show. We chose Ryan based on his experience and knowledge of trees. He and his small crew knew what they were doing as I watched how and where they were making their cuts. I asked Ryan various questions, and he was able to answer them all. They showed up on time, and knew how to shape both our oaks and our pines. Ryan, himself seems like a perfectionist, and as a proficient mountain climber, he knows how to scale up and around trees. I like them and the company. They delivered great tree pruning and removal services for me several times. They are friendly, knowledgeable, good to deal with. The prices aren't the least expensive but remember you get what you pay for. They arrive on time, get to work while respecting your property. Ryan and his crew did an outstanding job without making any damage to surrounding things

We had a very large tree next to our house that had to be removed before it caused structural damage. I had 6 or 7 companies look at it. Most just turned down the job because it was too dangerous due to the fact that it was too big and located directly next to the power lines. I sent Ryan a photo and he quoted me the best price. Then be came out and looked and realized that it was a much bigger and more challenging job than it appeared in the photo. He kept his word and said while he should have never quoted this over a picture he'll keep his word. We scheduled a time and he came back with his crew. It took 3 full days to remove this tree and trim the other trees in our yard, but he got it done beautifully and as promised. His quote was the best and his professionalism was even better than those who quoted me more. It's nice to work with people who put their integrity before money. This is an excellent company to hire, if you are looking for people that know how to properly handle trees! We had a large job for Ryan and his crew, Dylan, RJ and Phil. The trees at our house had not been maintained so they were overgrown! We also had a few trees removed as well. I can say the work is excellent and very clean- I cannot believe it is my yard!
