I paid in full, in cash, and even authorized and paid for additional services while they were onsite, which were completed at that time. Unfortunately, the company's conduct after taking payment has been unacceptable. Pete has since left the company, and Matt has become completely unreachable. Phone calls are not answered. Voicemails are ignored. Text messages go unanswered. This would be frustrating under any circumstances, but it is especially egregious given that I prepaid for both installation and removal of the lights, per the contract. At this point, the lack of communication and failure to honor agreed-upon services leaves only one reasonable conclusion: Christmas Light Pros--specifically Matt--has no intention of fulfilling its contractual obligations once payment has been received. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that I recommended this company to a neighbor based on my initial experience. I am now embarrassed to have done so, as my neighbor is experiencing the exact same issue: no communication and no follow-through after payment. This is not a scheduling issue. This is not a misunderstanding. This is a basic failure of accountability and professionalism. If you are considering Christmas Light Pros, be aware: they may perform the installation, but once they have your money, responsiveness and contract compliance appear to end. I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances.

My dad's sprinkler system had multiple problems -- poor pressure, sprinkler heads that weren't popping up properly, uneven coverage, and a leak somewhere in a very long drip line. Caesar went through the property zone by zone, showed me exactly what was wrong, and explained his recommendations in a way that was easy to understand. He clearly knows his profession extremely well, but he's also patient enough to make sure the homeowner understands what he's recommending and why. What really reinforced my confidence in him was an independent inspection we received through our city. The city Arlington Water Utilities irrigation Inspector essentially confirmed the problems Caesar had identified and agreed that his recommended repairs were appropriate. He also reviewed Caesar's estimate and told me the pricing was very fair -- for the parts and labor involved. I also asked the inspector to check Caesar's credentials, and he confirmed that his irrigator's license was current. We ultimately had approximately 32 sprinkler heads replaced or corrected, and Caesar located and repaired the leak in our drip line. He even installed a small pop-up indicator so we can easily tell when that drip zone is operating -- a thoughtful little addition that will help us monitor the system in the future. When everything was finished, Caesar walked the property with me and ran every zone again so I could see the results. The improvement in pressure and coverage was remarkable. His pricing was fair, he gave my 85-year-old dad a senior discount, and on top of everything else, he's just a genuinely kind and honest person. Knowledgeable, licensed, thorough, fair, and trustworthy. That's exactly what you hope to find when hiring someone to work on your home. We will absolutely use Caesar and Evolution Sprinkler Repair again.
