What a wonderful experience! Contacted Eduardo Tree Service on Friday and they agreed to stop by at 2PM on Monday to review the work and provide a quote. At exactly 2PM on Monday the doorbell rang, and it was Eduardo as promised. He made a number of recommendations as we walked the property; we agreed to date, time and price. As promised, Eduardo and crew arrived on Tuesday at 7AM. The tree and shrub trimming work was perfect. The clean-up was perfect. I asked about trimming back the shrubs and he recommended waiting until December due to the heat and extreme sun. I have a marker on my calendar for December 1st to contact Eduardo for the balance of the shrub work. I used Eduardo's Tree Service to plant what was supposed to have been 2 pallets of sod on June 7th, 2019. When they showed up to do the job, they only had 1 and 1/4 of a pallet of sod. They told me that they would return in 1-2 weeks with the remainder to finish the job. I've been using them for 8 years, so I thought I could trust them and I paid them in full. In short, they never returned. I've been calling them daily for 2 months and they never answered the phone nor have them returned any of my messages. Again, I've used them for 8 years and they didn't hesitate to do barely more than half the job and then cheat me out of the full payment. Again, I've used them for 8 years and I had recommended them to several of my neighbors who have used them extensively for the last 7 years. I would NOT recommend them if this is how they treat a customer of 8 years. DO NOT trust them!!!!! read more

I checked YELP for top 10 Tree service providers in the Dallas Area. I reached out to 5. Of the 5, Eduardo responded the fastest and was very professional. I had one tree in my back yard that had suffered some damage from the high winds in the area the night of 03/11/2019. Eduardo came to give an estimate at the time he said he would. He and his crew came and cut the tree down and carried off the debris in less than the time he said it would take. They did an excellent job.
