I called the business number on Wed, April 6th and was told to text my name/info and they would be out later that day or the following morning for a quote. No one came Wednesday and I texted at lunch time on Thursday to see if they were still able to come out. No answer. Three days later on Monday, April 11th - sent a text asking if they could give a quote. No answer. Today is April 16th (10 days later) and still have heard nothing back from this company after calling them and sending three follow-up text msgs (and yes, the texts were sent to the correct number). I have no issue if a company is short-staffed or if I would have received a response stating "sorry, I'm booked up. I'm 2 weeks out" or something like that but to just ignore a potential new customer doesn't settle right. I ended up using Champion Tree Service (214-724-8966) and was really impressed.
