I have used Adam and Patriot Tree Service multiple times since 2019. He is an expert in dealing with very large trees and his skill at removing difficultly positioned branches and tree trunks is unbelievable. And having a arborist to consult with is invaluable. HIGHLY recommend Patriot for any of your tree related needs. read more

Lightening hit our large Live Oak and we were worried about its safety. Adam is an arborist and the owner of Patriot Tree Service. He came out to evaluate the tree and explained that Live Oaks are one of the few trees likely to survive a direct lightening strike, with extra nutritional support and trimming. We really appreciated Adam's timely assessment and advice. read more

I have used this company for over 15 years. I call them every season to trim our trees. They do a great job, they always clean up, and they are very reasonable in price. I have referred them to neighbors and friends, who have used them also. They are AWESOME! read more

Adam is a certified arborist and came by to assess our trees. He explained the process so that we understood the approach he was taking. He provided us a written, itemized estimate that day. His fees were very fair. He was out a few days later on an agreed day with another crew member to take care of our trees. He took the time to make sure he addressed our requests (we wanted to keep squirrels from accessing our second story) while at the same time trimming the trees in a way that was best for them, which is his expertise as an arborist. He was able to answer our questions as well. He and his partner finished the job within the day and left without leaving any debris. He also left us a pile of mulch at our request. It may not be the norm, but we know how to use it. Trees are not only beautiful, they're also an asset to properties. Like any other asset, I'd only entrust its care to someone qualified with experience. Many tree services do not have a certified arborist doing the actual trimming, so they trim the trees in ways that are not beneficial to the tree, even if it "looks right". I'm very happy with the work PTS did on our trees. Since we have cedar elms in our backyard, they'll need trimming at least every other year. I'll be having Adam back again, and I recommend Patriot Tree Service to anyone needing any type of service for their trees. They know what they're doing, and they fair and professional. read more

We had Patriot Tree Service remove two trees that were close to the house. It was interesting to watch them use the cherry picker to manuever the removal of branches, we were never concerned about damage being done to the house. I highly recommend them for any work you need done. They cleaned up everything in the yard, chipped out the stumps as well. They were reasonably priced and very punctual. We have referred several neighbors for work to be done. Adam has the right heavy duty equipment for any job!! read more

Just like the rest of the reviews. These guys are great! The crew was friendly, very professional, timely and efficient. They did exactly as I requested, except where they stopped me with their Arborist expertise from making mistakes that would have damaged or killed my trees. They left the yard very clean and in great shape. The Arborist patiently took the time to explain each step before proceeding. This is the second time I have used Patriot Tree Service, and they are my go to tree people. I know I am gonna get great work, and a reasonable price. 2 of my neighbors have used Adam and his crew, and they rave about the jobs they have received. Give these guys a call. You'll be glad you did. read more

Last night's storm damaged my 34 year old cedar elm in my front yard (barely missing my roof). I gave Adam a call since they are based here in Allen. They were actually on the next street over and stopped by immediately to check it out. They were prepared to take care of it right away and did a wonderful job. If you are in Allen, please give Adam a call. I definitely would call him again. Thanks, Adam!! read more

Adam was awesome! I had a tree that was hit with straight line winds and two of the limbs in the middle top portion of the tree had cracked and needed to be removed. Adam had all of the equipment he needed for the job and not only removed the two limbs but also a dozen other branches I didn't see from the ground. He worked quickly but safely and I couldn't be happier. Lastly, Adam was quick to respond for my request for quote and he even came out the next day, which was a Sunday, to get the job done. read more

I needed a tree removed and the stump ground. I had someone that would come out a day sooner and was the same price but I decided to go with Adam instead because of the reviews. He came out when he promised. When I got home I noticed a big root about half an inch below the debris he left. And, there was another one sticking out right next to it. I called him at 7:30pm at his work number and left a message asking about it because I was concerned the mowers would run over it. He called me right back and proceeded to chew me out over the phone. He said I shouldn't call him outside of work hours (I left a message and he called me back) and that he did it himself so he knew he did it right no matter what I said and I probably just dug up the root. I have never dealt with someone so rude that I had hired to do a job. He came out the next day and left me a nasty message saying that he removed the root "by hand in order to get paid". I paid him that same day. He left the other root sticking out but I just chopped it off rather than deal with him. I will never work with him again. Maybe if you don't have problems, you'll be okay. But if you do, be prepared to be chewed out and told how it's your fault. read more

Our Bradford Pear split last Thursday morning. My wife called Patriot Tree Service based on good reviews from our community Next Door site. They came out and started on the tree that morning and their price was astronomically LESS than we were anticipating. Big thumbs up! Their truck was full so they came back the next morning and finished the job. Patriot Tree Service is a great company and provided us with excellent customer service. We highly recommend them! read more
