I recently bought a home and the previous homeowners and I had different tastes in landscaping. With Spring and Summer nearing and knowing that I would have friends over, I wanted to remove the old landscaping so that I could have room for something more to my liking. I jumped on my trusty Yelp app and used the request a quote option. Within MINUTES I had a response, and within the hour he set up a time to come out and check it out the next morning. An aside: the Yelp request a quote app was EASY! I could even upload pics. When the gentleman came out to quote me he was as kind as could be. Mask, distance, the whole bit. Perfect. He gave me a reasonable quote, and told me that he could come out within a couple of days - providing an exact time and stating that he would call me if his job before mine ended sooner. The communication was great the whole time. We spoke mid weekend and the day before he cameout. When I asked him what payment he preferred, I was provided viable options (including Zele). He came in the morning in the timeframe stated (between 9:30 and 10:30 AM) and the job took about 4 hours. When they arrived my partner asked for them to remove 2 more bushes, and they agreed for just a little more (and not a complaint!). I am very pleased with the outcome. They were careful around the infrastructure, sprinkler lines and the plants that I did want to keep. I cannot say enough for the kindness they exhibited, and how happy I am with the excavation job. As they were dropping off a business card I asked Lorenzo to see how much he would charge to trim my tree. He gave me the price and immediately I set up an appointment. He was there on the date and time he promised. At he went to work I went back inside and when I went back out to check on everything about an hour later, it was way better then I imagined. I got a number quotes for removal of a large tree in my backyard. The young man who climbed the tree spent the full day cut limbs in smaller pieces so they could be controlled better as they were lowered to ground. He wore a safety harness.The second day took the main tree out and they hauled all of the tree out and loaded everything in a trailer cleaned everything up. And cut out roots that were near the surface. They got a real workout lifting all large logs (wet wood very heavy) they also took out two small trees for a small extra fee. They came in as one of lower cost. I chose them because of their reviews they lived up to them. read more

They overlooked sending the quote to me but they responded to my review immediately and apologized for not sending the quote. The response included current photos so I know they did follow through with the assessment & just overlooked sending the quote over. Quick response to our recent request for an on-site estimate. Representative was professional, courteous and offered helpful suggestions that were of interest to both of us. Work was to have included trimming of a few trees and tree removal. We liked the options we were presented with and looked forward to comparing their estimate to the two others we had requested. However, that estimate never came; nor did the service contact us with an explanation of why the job was rejected. Therefore, I can only review my experience with this business on the basis of their estimate process which was good but not completed. We have two very large trees. One is over our house with a large branch just over our neighbors front door/entry the other through power lines. No damage was done to the houses, yard, or them! I had many small trees that had grown between my chain link fence and the neighbors wooden fence that I needed to have cut.
