It was a little higher than two other estimates we were given, and we did not authorize them to do the work. However, they came the next day and started trimming without authorization. The workers did not appear very professional and did not have safety harnesses. When my wife saw them she stopped them from working and asked them to leave. They had already left some clippings on our neighbors' yard and said they would clean that up. However, they left the clippings on our neighbors' lawn for us to remove. Very disappointing experience.

This year we have added their landscape service to our yard and unfortunately the results have not been great. We are now using a third. maybe 4th service agent as the turnover at Peservation Landscape Service. When we ask any question they immediately call their manager which is a bit concerning. Not to mention names but their manager might take days to respond a call or even text back. Looking at past reviews on Preservation Trees and they are from 2014????

I called this company on a Tuesday and left a message to return my call regarding tree service I…read moreneeded. Four days go by and then late on Saturday night I get a call from them and it goes into into my voice mail. A man named Harold leaves a long rambling message that goes on for one minute and 8 seconds and he sounds intoxicated. He is slurring his words and saying weird things like "he was wondering if I was ok" and that "they return calls in the order they receive them" and other strange remarks. At the same time I started getting text messages of photos of his tree service company logo and other pictures of guys cutting trees down, etc. I received a total of five text photos which really used up my cell data. So I call this guy to tell him that I have already hired someone to cut my trees and not to call me again. When he answers he sounds intoxicated again. I told him the that he waited four days to return my call, was sending unsolicited large file photo text messages, and that he left me a long rambling voice mail. He is slurring his words so I gave him a piece of my mind and not to ever call me again. Would advise anyone from using this unprofessional company that waits four days to return a call then calls late Saturday night sounding intoxicated.

No real acknowledgement that had I not called them on the guys lie that they had just tried to scam me. So I scheduled time for them to fix their error and waited.....and waited.....and waited... After three days of waiting and nobody coming I called and asked what was going on. Got some long winded excuse (bs) and was promised they would be out in a day to make the fix. Shocker....nobody showed. Called one last time and got a new crazy bs excuse story as to why nobody had been by. Finally told them to move on, I was done with them. They were happy to take my money though.... If you want a professional, honorable, arborist to help you with your project in a timely, dependable manner....DO NOT CALL THESE FOLKS. I called again to ask for an estimate because I filed a small claims against the owner to have the tree removed and I know an estimate will be required. When the owner called me back, she raised her voice and said she refused to get her company involved. Even though an estimate isn't a binding contract, she said it would drag them through the mud. I've never had someone react this way. I ended up hanging up on her because she was so rude and unprofessional. I didn't sign up to be lectured nor do I need to let someone berate me! She acted like I was 5 yrs old. Said I should put myself in her shoes and she used to work for a law firm. Ok? So have I. An estimate isn't binding. And I'm taking legal action. Not trying to be shady. I was very upset by her overall attitude and would not do business with her again.
