Love it when a project goes as planned. I had a major limb that needed to be removed on a live oak, it was a tricky limb to remove given it's location. The Arborist came when they promised, and now the guys came yesterday and my problem limb is removed. They are professionals. read more

Dallas Arbor Care - After the cut - Tree Services Near Me - Dallas, Texas

I cannot say enough about my recent experiences about Dallas Arbor Care! From beginning to end, I was treated courteously and with great professionalism from everyone involved. During the estimate, I was provided with invaluable advice about how to save a large Cottonwood tree that I had previously thought was unsalvageable. I can't wait to start on Chuck's plan for this tree in the upcoming months when spring arrives! I love trees but I will be the first to admit that I know nothing about them. I feel a lot more confident after talking to Chuck. He has a real love for trees and it shows. In regards to my initial concern, the crew that came out did a wonderful job. My tree and hedges were trimmed with great precision. The best part...I hardly knew they were there. The clean up was amazing. Not a branch or leaf left behind. I had put this off for the longest mostly due to price and I can honestly say that the estimate/pricing by Chuck and Dallas Arbor Care were well below any of his competitors. I'm willing to bet that the service and professionalism beat the competitors as well. I definitely recommend Dallas Arbor Care! read more

Well, got about a foot of snow dumped on my live oak tree and noticed some branches were on my roof. So I looked online and found a couple of good reviews about Dallas Arbor Care on Yelp. I called and talked to Chuck and he answered my questions and gave me a ballpark estimate of cost. He came by the next day and his crew did a good job in trimming my tree. They also cleaned up and hauled away the cuttings. I was away at work, but he answered all my questions on the phone and let me know what he planned to do with my tree. I was pleased with the work and came home just when his workers were finishing up. They even had a going away snowball fight - with my snowman's head!!! But it was all in good fun. The tree looks great, my house gets more sunlight and my roof is fine. read more

I rarely write reviews, but wanted to warn customers that you may be on the hook for damage that Dallas Arbor Care causes to your property and your neighbor's property. Dallas Arbor Care trimmed our neighbor's trees recently. Unfortunately, they let one branch fall onto our driveway (according to their workers), causing a crack and a hole. I understand that mistakes happen, and I called the company to figure out how to get the damage repaired. The employee who answered the calls assured me that the owner is aware of the issue and will be calling me soon. It has now been several weeks, and the owner has yet to return my calls and emails. I am disappointed that they are not taking responsibility for this mistake. If you are going to use these folks, be sure you have adequate insurance to cover property damage. read more

I have a really huge oak tree in the front of my house that needed some serious trimming. When I called Dallas Arbor Care, they took the time to come out and give me an accurate estimate and the next day their team of tree people came out. i was expecting them to hack it up, but they trimmed it from the inside and did an awesome job. I totally will recommend these guys to trim trees anytime. read more

In my younger years I did tree work including pruning from within the trees on ropes and saddle. This included very near historic houses in a National Park as I worked for the Dept of Interior. Suffice it to say that I am an exacting customer. The crews with Dallas Arbor Care are professional, knowledgeable, and careful of your property. I know, because I have hired them for many years, inspected their work both real-time and after they have departed. Now I just let them on my property while I'm at work, that is the kind of trust that has been garnered. Douglas owns the company and he is a fine employer and a wonderful family man. How he treats others matters to me as well as his acumen regarding the trees. When handing my hard-earned money over to someone they have to meet all criteria. This company does and they have earned my loyalty and praise. read more

Very professional, starting with the estimator and then with the crew performing the actual job. Arrived promptly with proper equipment and knocked-out the job in a jiffy. Very satisfied. read more

Dallas Arbor Care did an amazing job trimming our massive oak and pecan trees. They were very professional and affordable. I spoke with a few landscapers to trim our over grown trees and Dallas Arbor Care was by far the most knowledgable of the group. I would definitely recommend them! read more

I can't say enough about Dallas Arbor Care. I asked my neighbor for a tree trimming recommendation and she said that Dallas Arbor Care was coming out in a few days to trim her trees. I spoke with them when they were doing her trees and went ahead and set a date up for the next week (yesterday). I was a bit leery considering how I had a few bad experiences in the past. I have had my trees trimmed here at this location many times and by a few different companies. Dallas Arbor Care came yesterday and did more than I could have ever expected. Very professional and complete job. The price was right, the crew was experienced, polite and friendly and cleaned everything! up before leaving. It is the best tree trimming job I have ever had!!! I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a great, complete and affordable job??? Linda read more

I was VERY impressed with Dallas Arbor Care to the point I am choosing to leave reviews in a few places. The arborist that was supervising/directing was friendly and professional and the front yard trees don't just look trimmed they look really, truly beautiful and professionally reshaped. They are almost 3 stories tall, but had so many dead limbs and trunk off shoots. I am a huge tree lover and was scared I was going to lose most of my trees like all my neighbors do hiring general lawn people... so it was like a beautiful gift. Also they cleaned up like they were never here and even cleaned a few things covered in leaves they didn't do! My porch looked better than it did before they got there! In a world of half arsed service, they were not. This is when going with specialists pays off big time. Thanks guys! read more

These people didn't do any work at my house and that's the point. I emailed them a request for an estimate. The request form was on their own website. Several days later I called to follow-up to make sure they received the email. I did not receive a call or email in return. I am really tired of companies who don't seem to care about new business. Do they want people to beg for their services? read more

Dallas Arbor Care is good you guys! - I needed them to do the trimming of my trees and to grind an old stump in my back yard. I expected to pay double the price of what I did. Really happy with the work and will use them again! read more

An appointment was scheduled for an Arborist to call and to come out to diagnose my tree. When no one called within the 2 day set-up time frame, I called the office and left a message that no one had reached out and I was still needing someone to to come out. Never heard back from them at all!! I decided that their "free estimates" means just that - no one is really responsibly taking care of potential new clients! Moved on to another company that charged for an Arborist to diagnose and recommend treatment. I'm very happy because they kept the appointment and showed up!! read more

We were beyond pleased with Dallas Arbor Care and their service! They were prompt, coming exactly when they said they would. There estimate was very fair, having had many other previous tree services. This company was very knowledgeable about how trees should be trimmed, even heavily trimmed, without causing damage to the trees themselves. The whole crew cleaned up virtually every bit of debris after they were finished. The crew was friendly, helpful and careful to preserve nearby trees and vegetation from being damaged. Douglas, the owner, was present, personable, informative, honest and fair. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air. Our life's work entailed occasional moves; thus we employed a LOT of tree services over the years! Many were excellent. Dallas Arbor Care was our best experience. We recommend them without hesitation! read more

Dallas Arbor Care is a quality, professional company. Their staff is very thorough and cleaned up ALL of the trimmings. We have about 30 large oak trees and when they finished trimming our trees, our yard looked like a park. All of this for a very reasonable price. Beautiful job. Thank you Dallas Arbor Care. read more

Dallas Arbor Care has been taking care of my trees for three years now. They show up when scheduled and do a very professional and thorough job. They actually get up in the trees and clean them up from the inside and trim them vs. just cutting off branches like I see a lot of trimmers in the area do. The trees and yard look perfect when they are finished. They clean up and haul away all the trimmings. I highly recommend this company for trimming trees and hedges. read more

I'm kinda picky. Actually, that is probably an understatement especially depending on whom you ask but I do not slather on the praise without good reason and I am not critical without cause. I used to work for the Department of the Interior, National Park Service so I can say unequivocally that I understand tree trimming, maintenance, clean up, and safety concerns. Dallas Arbor Care is as good as it gets, and I have tried quite a few businesses through the years. I have 16 trees that are maintained. The crew was professional, came when they said that they would, did an outstanding job, and was on to the next job. The estimate was right on, no surprises, and included the deep pruning that I needed. Douglas even provided his insurance coverage, without being asked, and told me proudly that the coverage has never been needed. His equipment is first-rate and well maintained. The trees are now shapely, thinned perfectly, and the cuts are perfectly placed with respect to the trunk, no scarring from errant chain saws raking across the bark. This is quality work from a quality company. read more
