Excellent job removing my tree that was located in a delicate place. They were professional, polite crew and cleaned up the area completely. Got 2 neighbors to hire them at the same time to remove 2 trees and trim 4. With the 3 of us hiring them at the same time we were able to get really great pricing. Everyone was happy with the job. We hired them for my parents house to trim all the overly tall trees all around their property. We will be hiring them again. read more

Usually very good tree and shrub trimming service. My mature Nandina bushes were ruined this time from service. Pictures have been sent asking their intent in fixing the results made by their service. Can't say enough good things about JP Tree Service! I got multiple bids for a very technical removal of a 60+ year old oak tree and they were well below the others, but provided five start service. They were very respectful of my property and left everything very clean. I think my driveway is cleaner than when they arrived. They were experts with the removal, working around fences, power lines, and my house with no damage. I asked the phone clerk if they had a certified arborist on staff and he responded yes. The supposed arborist came out 2.5 hours late and quoted $750 for the job, then reduced to $600, then text me this am reducing again to $450 and he could come today. After completing my last estimates today, I ask him for is arborist license number so I could verify it and a copy of his company's insurance. His reply was "it will cost me more money if he has to provide that". Need I say more. I called him to begin with because he had good reviews online and within our Nextdoor community. I can only assume none of those people required proof of insurance or licensing. read more

Upon receiving my request for an estimate the owner responded immediately & followed through as promised. We needed 2 trees trimmed and the crew did a fabulous job. I was especially impressed with their cleanup. They made sure that there were no stray branches or debris when they finished the job. JP tree service was wonderful! They came out promptly to provide an estimate and review where each tree would be trimmed. Afterwards I was able to get an appointment quickly to get the work done. Did a great job in clearing out a jungle in my backyard and trimming all my trees and bushes. Many dead trees with the last freeze. Had a crew of 5 with him and they worked tirelessly for 5 hours. I'd been putting off getting my trees trimmed for way too long. They were able to get out the day after I called to give me an estimate and were actually available the next day to do the job. They did a fantastic job and went above and beyond on the clean up. Going so far as to rake some flower beds out and fish some branches out of my pool. I will 100% use them again. read more

Jaimie and crew did a great job removing 2 large trees (storm damaged bradford and an ash that froze 2 years ago) and grinding the stump into a mulch they then spread around flower beds. Then the trimmed our live oak and red oak into beautiful canopies. The ash was taken down skillfully as it was surrounded on 3 sides by a shed, fence and house. Jaimie came out on time at 10, provided a fair estimate and was back with a skilled crew at 12:30. They had all the equipment needed and cleaned everything up. Everything was hauled away you could not tell they had been here. I will be contacting them again to plant 2 new trees when weather permits. They were able to give me a quote the day after I spoke with them. The were the best price out of 3 quotes. We had a large tree near our fence that was in bad shape. Our neighbor has a shed next to our fence as well. With all that said they removed the tree without a scratch on our fence nor the neighbor's shed. They didn't leave a twig on the ground. We gave them a call to do removal of three trees and trimming of two before a house remodel and they were here within 48 hours for an estimate (it would have been same day if not for the rain) and completed the job that same day after only two hours- and did the haul away!
