I had an approx.: 100 ft. hackle berry tree that needed to be cut fully down and stump ground. The crew lead by Henry (Owner) and his son Ausin, with a helper fully removed the tree in about 3 hours. I was highly impressed with their climbing ability, and the angles they used roping to deflect as "very" heavy limbs fell, were deflected to not hit or damage anything below. It was impressive to say the least. They set an appt. for the next day, based on the availability of a 2nd company to do some fence removal for repair, and giving them easy access with the equipment needed for the stump grinding at 9AM the next day. 9AM, they showed, and had the stump ""AND"" surface roots ground in about 1 hour. My back yard, and my neighbor's yard where limbs overhang, were left cleaner then when they started. Henry (Owner) was very communicative, easy to work with, discuss concerns, etc. One thing I really appreciated, and I know many do as well, they had no issues explaining what and how they were going to do this. 2 men were doing a job on river hill in Flower Mound earlier today. They had tree limbs in the roadway for cars to barely get by. I asked him to fix it then he started yelling at me then I got ugly back. I got out of my car to talk and he only yelled at me calling me a rich bitch and other silly names.
