We needed our front yard and flower beds cleared of acorns, weeds and old mulch. They trimmed a couple dozen hedges and two larger trees. They also added new mulch to the entire front yard, and what was fantastic is they picked up and transported the mulch! Three to four guys worked for 3 hours to complete the work, all for an Incredibly fair price and value. I received another quote that was nearly FOUR times what Tulum did the work for! I highly recommend Tulum and we will be working with them on any all future yard projects!

We paid full payment, took great care of him and his employee, and tip him as well. I am so up set the way people like him made us so stupid that they scam us on our trust for them and now made the whole community bad because we dont even know who should we trust anymore. We work so hard for our money and they scam us so easily. The reviewers he has there I believed in that was his family because this guy a real scamer. We called , texted mutiple times but no call back nor reponded to text message. Now we have to find someone pay extra to finish the job that he left with the money and unfinish. This is very wrong

I jumped on my trusty Yelp app and used the request a quote option. Within MINUTES I had a response, and within the hour he set up a time to come out and check it out the next morning. An aside: the Yelp request a quote app was EASY! I could even upload pics. When the gentleman came out to quote me he was as kind as could be. Mask, distance, the whole bit. Perfect. He gave me a reasonable quote, and told me that he could come out within a couple of days - providing an exact time and stating that he would call me if his job before mine ended sooner. The communication was great the whole time. We spoke mid weekend and the day before he cameout. When I asked him what payment he preferred, I was provided viable options (including Zele). He came in the morning in the timeframe stated (between 9:30 and 10:30 AM) and the job took about 4 hours. When they arrived my partner asked for them to remove 2 more bushes, and they agreed for just a little more (and not a complaint!). I am very pleased with the outcome. They were careful around the infrastructure, sprinkler lines and the plants that I did want to keep. I cannot say enough for the kindness they exhibited, and how happy I am with the excavation job. My new place has many a tree, so I know that I will be giving them a call again in the near future! Did I mention - they more responsive than any others within my area! A BIG plus!
