A crew of 10 with 3 trucks, chipper, 2 fork lifts, equipment and a flat bed trailer came to complete the job and clean up. All limbs were removed carefully using ropes to bring them down. My artificial turf was protected as plywood sheets were used when the fork lifts retrieved downed limbs. My debris filled up two trucks. Hernandez Tree Experts cleaned up using blowers and left my front yard spotless. The job was completed in just over 3 hours. Cost was four-figures but was less than competitive estimates. I was so relieved that my unstable oak tree is no longer a risk. I will miss the shade but not the constant maintenance costs. I highly recommend Hernandez Tree Experts. They work all over the DFW metroplex.

DO NOT USE. It's not so much that they messed up, it's the dishonesty, and lack of responsibility…read morethey wanted to take for damages. Despite telling me clearly they were insured, they later clarified they are not. They damaged four brass lights when they pulled them out of the ground, then made up a dozen different excuses such as "prove to me they worked before hand" and how old they were anyway. He was angry at ME for calling him out on it. He was trying to accuse me of not wanting to pay him, among other things. Then they even claimed there were wires missing from the lamps, and they couldn't have been hooked up. Well, when they ripped them out of the ground, the wires detached and were found still in the ground. Two of the lamp stakes were broken and one is missing. The lamps are $230 installed, solid brass. After another day, I went in my backyard and noticed they damaged my irrigation system. Found one of the risers just broken and sitting in a dirt pile. I texted them again, and instead of taking responsibility the guy went on about people not wanting to pay him. I already paid him way too much. Please don't believe a word this guy says.

The young man who ground 10 large stumps for me arrived on time, went to work and got it all done in about an hour. I provided a set of pre-arrival instructions and marked the stumps, and that was all I had to do. Excellent work requiring no supervision. They identify their work as "cheap" and I disagree, the cost is less/much less than others, but the quality of work and reliability are outstanding. Low cost, high quality, strongly recommend these folks for any work that falls into their advertised skill sets.

I had a 30 ft tree (about 13 inch diameter) that suddenly died and Luis and his crew took it out in about 45 minutes and also stump ground the remaining stump for that one and another one where another tree guy left part of the stump.
