When I stopped by less than an hour after they began, everyone was already working at an incredible pace--the entire operation was truly something to see. In a single day, they expertly trimmed eight trees, completed a tremendous amount of work, and left the property beautifully clean. Their workmanship was every bit as impressive as their efficiency. Robert's estimate was a little higher than some of the alternatives, but the difference was in the details, and that made him worth every penny. I barely had to explain what needed to be done--he immediately understood what each tree required and treated my property as though it were his own home. What stood out most was Robert's professionalism and follow-through. He listened carefully to my concerns and even returned as promised to apply pruning spray to the fresh oak cuts. That level of care, accountability, and pride in one's work is increasingly rare. I cannot recommend Robert and his team highly enough. Yelp only allows five stars, but they unquestionably earned six!

After some research, I reached out to Kevin based on his great reviews, scope of skills, and his respect for those who serve our country and community. Those qualities in him translated beautifully to the work he completed for us! Pictures will never do it justice, but he removed 17 trees (ground stumps) and several unsightly bushes. Many of these trees posed a threat to our home's structure. The removal of other trees led to open views of the back wooded-acre! The work was completed quickly, on time, and with excellent communication. Additionally, Kevin manicured the front and back- lifting the canopies of all trees, cleaning up their bases, and removing any dead/dangerous limbs. The result is stunning! His wife, Lisa, spent hours walking, designing, and planning a beautiful future landscaping project for us. We are so very grateful for their time, work, and gifts. We look forward to future projects with them!

A crew of 10 with 3 trucks, chipper, 2 fork lifts, equipment and a flat bed trailer came to complete the job and clean up. All limbs were removed carefully using ropes to bring them down. My artificial turf was protected as plywood sheets were used when the fork lifts retrieved downed limbs. My debris filled up two trucks. Hernandez Tree Experts cleaned up using blowers and left my front yard spotless. The job was completed in just over 3 hours. Cost was four-figures but was less than competitive estimates. I was so relieved that my unstable oak tree is no longer a risk. I will miss the shade but not the constant maintenance costs. I highly recommend Hernandez Tree Experts. DO NOT USE. It's not so much that they messed up, it's the dishonesty, and lack of responsibility…read morethey wanted to take for damages. Despite telling me clearly they were insured, they later clarified they are not. They damaged four brass lights when they pulled them out of the ground, then made up a dozen different excuses such as "prove to me they worked before hand" and how old they were anyway. He was angry at ME for calling him out on it. He was trying to accuse me of not wanting to pay him, among other things. Then they even claimed there were wires missing from the lamps, and they couldn't have been hooked up. Well, when they ripped them out of the ground, the wires detached and were found still in the ground. Two of the lamp stakes were broken and one is missing. The lamps are $230 installed, solid brass. After another day, I went in my backyard and noticed they damaged my irrigation system. Found one of the risers just broken and sitting in a dirt pile. I texted them again, and instead of taking responsibility the guy went on about people not wanting to pay him. I already paid him way too much. Please don't believe a word this guy says.
