If giving zero stars was possible that's what the rating would be. My interaction with this company…read morewas with a guy by the name of Daniel and he is a bad representation of this company. I added a picture of how he spoke to me after the roofer he sent out left our home. Bad business no customer service whatsoever. Adding to this review as we were sent a Cease and Desist letter telling me to change my review. My entire interaction with Daniel from Absolute was captured via text message. I've attached pictures. I will not be bullied by someone who is in the wrong, the owner of absolute and their lawyers can simply read the text messages on the phone Daniel uses and they can see the entire interaction. Not once did we speak on the phone so nothing will be missed. I also added a picture of the cease and Desist demanding us to include additional details to this review details that has always been in my review, again if the lawyer or the owner of absolute read the review it has always shown that yes someone did come out. Daniel also refused to provide me a report pictures attached prove this. Our HOA contacted Absolutely roofing on our behalf and Daniel/Absolute got my contact information from my HOA let it be known I never contacted Absolutely roofing construction first. Daniel messaged me asking me to send pictures of the leak which I did. Someone was sent out later that day around 3pm, the person sent over could not communicate with us for some odd reason he did not say a word other than "check roof" after we opened our door. I mentioned this to Daniel so my story has always been the same, the text messages pictured proves this. After showing the absolute employee to our attic he left our home and we did not hear anything else further. I texted Daniel to ask for any information as the employee did not communicate anything to us. With me asking I was immediately met with condescending and rude comments by Daniel you can also see how he responded to my simple question in the texts below. I stand by my statement Daniel is a terrible representative for this company and this is a very fair and FACTUAL review as the text messages prove this.

Damage was done to the doorway and to the refrigerator, contractors hired by PD were an absolute joke, installing wrong tile in bathroom, replacing wall insulation with R12 when R14 was quoted to insurance co, I could go on and on. My wife and I spent over 60 days living in the house with no toilet, no kitchen and no communication from PD. End of story I ended up asking the man from PAUL DAVIS to leave my property with his contractor's and not return. PD left the house as is and I never heard from them again, not a single call from anyone at PD to find out why I asked them to leave. I spent 3 months redoing everything myself! If you can avoid this company I suggest you do.

Keith Furlough @Paul Davis Garland was called to manage the water damage and drying; as well as the remediation and abatement protocol. Keith has been a pleasure to work with. He is kind and comforting during a stressful time to the home owner. He is also an excellent communicator. He made sure he was available from early morning to late evening to answer calls and questions. He worked with the insurance company to ensure all qualified charges were paid. He even found areas for payment that were originally missed prior to his call to the insurance company. I always felt Keith was our representative and had our best interest in mind through out. Many thanks to Keith Furlough. A professional and a gentleman.

They probably don't have any other bad reviews because they probably scared their unsatisfied…read morecustomers with their lawyer, as they tried to do with us. These people came in during our emergency pipe burst situation and took advantage of us. They are part of Your Home Expert, a contractor business. YHE told us they would "fight for more payout" because the mitigation company chipped a tiny bit of tile in the hallway while they were tearing out the carpet. Red flag! They are the mitigation company! They know how to game the system so insurance pays out more, and who suffers? You, the policyholder, and your neighbors, whose premiums are just going to go up as a result of higher insurance payout. They claimed they found a mouse in the wall when drilling the holes to dry out the walls. I find this unlikely, because the holes are so small and spaced apart. The odds of drilling directly into a mouse? Small. This was confirmed when I spoke with an actual reputable company, who said that the likelihood is incredibly low. And, even if they did find a half-skeletal mouse, that is not grounds to elevate to Category 3--if anything, they would just cut out that area and clean that area. Speaking with a reputable company made it very clear the difference between a legit, respectable company and this Restoration "Experts" company. Bigger companies try to do as little as possible and be as minimally disruptive as possible. Restoration "Experts" tries to extract as much payout as possible from your stressful emergency situation. They manipulate you into thinking it's "YHE + you VS. Insurance Co" but it's not. If you just ask your insurance company for help, they will help you. ALSO, PSA, if you own your home (no mortgage), YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT WITH THE INSURANCE MONEY (policy depending). Don't let these people lie to you and tell you that you have to use X money for X, because it is NOT true (policy depending). That is straight from the insurance company itself. Double check your policy to confirm but that was the case for me with my insurance company. YHE will probably try to threaten you and say they'll report you to your insurance company and TDI, but news flash! They have no basis to do so and are just trying to scare you. Don't trust these people. Go with a more reputable company. Please.

My insurance company took FOREVER but Ross was there the whole time putting in the work, following up with the claims adjuster, at every inspection and follow up. His crew took care of the solar panels, roof install, fence repairs and follow up.
