Our pergola wobbled just from applying gentle pressure. We pointed this out the day after they finished in October, 2024. Carlos said they wouid fix it. Carlos continued to say they wouid fix it until he stopped communicating completely in December. It is now early March and our pergola is leaning over and might fall. Carlos hasn't returned any of our messages. Disgraceful business behavior. I strongly recommend you don't work with them. I'll update this if they ever fix it.
