It ruined 4 bedrooms worth of carpet, and my laminate flooring in the living room. I called Jerry at Paul Davis Emergency Services on Sunday morning. He was out to my house within a few hours, he did a detailed inspection of my house, talked to my insurance company, and explained what would need to be done to fix the problem. He provided a detailed estimate the next morning. He came back out Monday morning, removed all the damaged flooring, cleaned up the mess, and placed dehumidifiers and air handlers through the house. During the whole process Jerry was courteous, professional, and went out of his was to help me. He came back twice during the drying process to check on the house. He went out of his way to provide great service and knowledge about the process to me. I Highly recommend calling Jerry if you need water damage taken care of quickly and professionally. We found Superior online and called right away. They were there within the next 2 hours to start pulling all the water out of the carpets and areas that were underwater. To say that I'm pleased with the experience I had is an understatement. Never have I ever thought this would happen to me but I'm glad Superior had my back!!

I remember Matt being a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable representative from the roofing company that he previously work for. A couple of years ago, he came out to give us a roofing estimate for a different roofing situation, but he stood out in my mind because I liked his integrity and honest work ethics. So, I thought of him immediately this time and sent him some pictures through messenger of our slight roof damage. He got back to me quickly with a time and an estimate. He sent Alfonso, who came out in less than 24 hours from me reporting it. Alfonso was polite and professional. He even found a different area on our roof that had some shingles missing from the storm that he replaced while he was on the roof repairing the other spot that I had originally reported. Overall, I recommend this roofing company for your roof repair and roof replacement needs. It's an honest and reputable company.

Based on previous work, I was a repeat customer…read more Making the appointment was quick and easy online. Their prices are average for the service. They showed up on time. It goes down hill from here..... They literally scratched my windows!!! First they tried to blame the dog, who is small, 17 years old, blind and deaf. When I pointed out scratches that were too high even for a young, energetic dog, they just looked at me. Finally, I showed them a massive amount of scratches at eye level, on a full pane door that I had just had installed....A BRAND NEW DOOR WITH BRAND NEW GLASS..... That's when they called the owner. The owner showed up, looked at the damage and immediately started saying they didn't do it; I insisted they did. Had just one window been damaged, then perhaps who did it would have been questionable, but many windows were scratched and in particular the brand new one was very damaged, with the same kind of scratch markings, so it clearly pointed to them as inadvertently causing that damage. We went back and forth about it several times; the conversation was calm and rational. He asked me what I wanted to settle this and I said I wanted recompensed for the door so I could replace the glass or the door, (which ever was cheaper). The other scratched windows I'd let slide as they scratches were low and not that noticable. (The scratches on the new door were all at eye level) At that point, he said he was calling the police. I didn't think I heard him correctly, so I asked him again....and he repeated that he was going to call the police. I looked at him in disbelief and asked him why. (wouldn't you have???) He said he was filing a report with the police since we disagreed on what happened. I told him that this was their damage and what did the police have to do with it, to which again he replied that he was calling the police. I stared at him in disbelief; had he said he was calling his insurance company, I would have understood and appreciated it, but he was going to call the police!!!! I told him, "Fine, call them." I I literally escorted him to the door and told him to 'get out'. I was calm and rational; I was in a complete state of shock. They damaged my property and they are calling the police! My head was spinning. This was a simple customer service issue, that his people created and he was shifting the blame to me as if I was the crooked one. Did he think this form of intimidation was going to scare me into changing my claim? Well, folks, he did, indeed, call the police~~HE CALLED THE POLICE..... he literally called the police, who showed up to take a report. Even the officer was shaking his head. When I asked him why the police were involved, he said he didn't know, that he was just doing his job and getting both sides of the story. He took the report, I apologized for wasting his time and public resources, still not fully understanding what had just transpired. His best guess was that the owner would try to take it to court, saying I defrauded them by not paying the bill which was: 1. never presented 2. nor was the job completed and 3. they damaged my property. I'd include pictures if there was a way, but photographing glass is difficult. My thoughts.......the owner clearly knew they had damaged the glass and was trying to deflect and shift the focus back on to me so I would back down. Crooked, crooked, crooked. What ever happened to integrity??? I am so disappointed in such behavior....and a week before Christmas, too!

But you'll be notified that if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, they'll charge you anyway. However, if they cancel your appointment 2 hours in advance, you get diddly from them. Just an email. I was left with a dirty home for my party when they canceled that morning. Its only fair that if you cancel on them without adequate notice, you have to pay, so if they cancel on you, they should pay you, right?

They ignored the first job and did the second job. They did check the back flow assembly for water contamination to the house but after-the-fact and as I got to thinking about the city's requirement, I called them and they said the filing of a report with the city isn't covered by the service call. Which is ironic because I got their name from a list of service providers on SC Tracking Solutions, as directed by the city. The only reason I don't reverse the charge is they did perform some work for me. I called them but they refused to do a refund or make an adjustment to the bill. The reason I chose them is because they're veteran-owned and I'm a veteran. But never again. Despite their work guarantee I'll choose someone else next time I need something done. I hate writing a negative review but it is what it is.

If giving zero stars was possible that's what the rating would be. My interaction with this company…read morewas with a guy by the name of Daniel and he is a bad representation of this company. I added a picture of how he spoke to me after the roofer he sent out left our home. Bad business no customer service whatsoever. Adding to this review as we were sent a Cease and Desist letter telling me to change my review. My entire interaction with Daniel from Absolute was captured via text message. I've attached pictures. I will not be bullied by someone who is in the wrong, the owner of absolute and their lawyers can simply read the text messages on the phone Daniel uses and they can see the entire interaction. Not once did we speak on the phone so nothing will be missed. I also added a picture of the cease and Desist demanding us to include additional details to this review details that has always been in my review, again if the lawyer or the owner of absolute read the review it has always shown that yes someone did come out. Daniel also refused to provide me a report pictures attached prove this. Our HOA contacted Absolutely roofing on our behalf and Daniel/Absolute got my contact information from my HOA let it be known I never contacted Absolutely roofing construction first. Daniel messaged me asking me to send pictures of the leak which I did. Someone was sent out later that day around 3pm, the person sent over could not communicate with us for some odd reason he did not say a word other than "check roof" after we opened our door. I mentioned this to Daniel so my story has always been the same, the text messages pictured proves this. After showing the absolute employee to our attic he left our home and we did not hear anything else further. I texted Daniel to ask for any information as the employee did not communicate anything to us. With me asking I was immediately met with condescending and rude comments by Daniel you can also see how he responded to my simple question in the texts below. I stand by my statement Daniel is a terrible representative for this company and this is a very fair and FACTUAL review as the text messages prove this.
