Hard to coordinate with and very inconsistent. Too many people responding on their behalf and none of them document anything it seems. Nobody knows what anybody said to the last person they talked to. read more

Bad service, they couldn't resolve the problem then still charged a bunch of money. They are not trustworthy.

CWF restoration was a nightmare. There were different crews in every room and different crews every day. They didn't talk to each other, thus the work was inconsistent The project manager Colton Hayge was a liar and a con man. The work was shoddy and undone. Colton refused to finish the work and then threatened to place a lien on my house if I didn't pay in full. I had to hire a different contractor to complete the job. The only good thing was the boss of the boss of Colton in Chicago finally agreed to my terms and the contract was complete. Beware this company is the worst read more

The work was pretty good and the workers were very nice -- that part of it was OK, would get a 4 or 5. Dealing with Colton Hayge was awful. As another reviewer said, he's "a liar and a con man". He decided how he wanted to do the repairs WITHOUT MENTIONING IT TO ME, then refused to reconsider when I didn't like his idea. There's more to the story, but I'm sick of thinking about these people. My advice is if they try to hustle you into doing business with them, run away, fast. Especially if you get assigned Colton as your project "manager". He's the one that earns the 1. read more

During the past few days of this Texas arctic blast, we had a frozen drain pipe that began shooting water out of our washer, spilling onto the porcelain tile floor and around the corner into the living room - causing minor damage to the engineered wood floors. We were referred to CWF by A#1 Air. Project Manager Oscar showed up to assess the damage later that same day (Wednesday, Jan 17th)and walked us through the process. During his time here, we contacted our insurance company to file a claim which was initiated within 20 minutes with a representative over the phone. Since Oscar was present, it facilitated communication. Oscar gave us a two-hour window between 8am and 10am and said that we should expect to receive a call from dispatch informing us that they are on their way. He also took a series of pictures before he left so that he could inform the crew of the events that transpired. On Saturday, January 20th, the mitigation crew removed a portion of the engineered flooring that was affected and promptly placed industrial fans on and around it. They informed us that they would be back to pick up the equipment (in 4 days) after the area has completely dried and answered any questions we had. Kris, Sheldon, Gabriel, and Oscar were professional and knowledgeable - explaining everything about the process and I appreciate the time and patience they took on a Saturday morning to help us. We are going to go with CWF for restoration as well. read more

My plumber recommended CWF after fixing a broken condensation pipe in my attic on Saturday night. The CWF sent Jacob out early the following morning to assess the damage. John and Jordan set up the necessary equipment on Monday morning (although they offered to come out Sunday afternoon if I preferred). Kris picked the equipment up after the appropriate amount of time. All of these people were professional, efficient, and pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again is the need arises. read more

CWF was recommended from our plumber after a larger water from the hot water heater in our attic. THE water overflowed, through the ceiling and into our master bathroom. of course it was during the holidays. They were prompt and knew what they were doing. they showed ready to work without really knowing the scope of the project. They work directly with the insurance company. Big help! I would use them again. read more

A positive shout out to CWF Restoration. They came out immediately, were professional and did a great job.

My plumber (Tierney Plumbing) recommended this company for water damage repair. I called and set up an appointment (free) and liked their explanation & pricing (competitive with other companies), so I decided to go with them. Their crew came out, John & Kris, explained the process in detail, answered any questions I had and went to work. They were both very friendly & professional and the process was smooth and painless. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone in need of water damage repair. read more

We were referred to CWF from our Plumber Dinomite Plumbing Services. They replaced our Sump pump that failed and caused our basement to flood. Best choice we could have made. Joshua one of their project managers was out with in hours. His calm, professional approach and answers to all our questions put our minds at ease immediately. And then there was his crew John and Jordan. They were so polite, nice and hard working. They didnt flinch when they saw the task at hand. Kept us informed and didnt shy away from questions or requests. Hopefully we wont need them again but if so we wouldnt hesitate to call or recommend them. Thank you read more

Josh, John and Chris turned what could have been a nightmare water experience into a quality, professional experience. Super courteous, clean, knowledgeable, and professional. They have a really cool water leak detection gun, so that was fun seeing where all the water was that you couldn't see. Communication was never a problem, they kept in touch via text and email, they were prompt, they were funny, and you never would've known that they had torn up my house and put it back together once they left. That was super refreshing. you never know if you're ever going to need a company like this, but it is on my speed dial for future incidents. read more

I had an AC unit leak water into a closet and soaked everything in it. It was moldy smelling and horrible, and I discovered it the night before I was supposed to leave town the next day. I was referred to CWF the next morning and they were awesome. Dean showed up literally an hour after I called and went right to work with some cool equipment to show me where the water was behind the walls and had John and Kris show up an hour later to remove all the wet drywall and insulation. It was a mess. They left some equipment to dry everything out and came back 2 days later to make sure all the moisture was dry. Although the closet was stripped down to the studs and subfloor, they left the closet clean, dry and ready to be rebuilt. They will give me an estimate to do that work too, so I may have another 5 star review to write. Highly recommend this company. Prompt, professional, and thorough. I would definitely use them again! read more
