I TOTALLY should've taken before and after photos. Sooo impressed with Jose and his wife and the amazing job they did with my cruddy old carpets. We've been wanting to get new flooring for years, but so many things kept coming up that we haven't yet made it happen. We have 15 year old carpets that had pretty much any type of stain you can imagine. Since we couldn't do our new floors yet, we decided we were way overdo for a good cleaning. JC's Carpet Cleaning got pretty much EVERYTHING out in about 2 hours time. 7 rooms in 2 hours! WOW! Also, he's a great communicator. He let's you know up front what the charge is going to be per room. One price per room. He says other companies may give you a low 3 rooms for $100 deal, but then when they come they start adding on all kinds of other "treatements" you "NEED". None of that with Jose. He gives you one price and that's what you expect to pay (and it's affordable!) And let me tell you, it is worth every cent and then some! Also, he's quick to respond to texts and phone calls / voice mail messages. He texts you the day before to remind you when he's coming and even the day of service to let you know he's on his way.
