I selected Jc's based on their consistently high reviews, and the fact that they are a small, local business. Jose and his wife showed up on time and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in the fellowship hall at my church. So much so that we are considering having them do the carpet in the sanctuary. Timely responses, good communication. Competitive pricing. Easy to schedule. read more

A sweet husband and wife team. They are so quick to respond to my call and was able to perform the service with the hour, unlike other companies who want you to reach out and request a quote, etc. My kids spilled some acrylic paint last night and they were able to get those dark stains off. This family business provided the best service I've had. My brother had passed and I needed help cleaning his home quickly including pieces of upholstered dining chair. They did a fabulous job at a great job. In addition I needed some things taken to the dump; they were happy to remove for me at no charge. Big help in this difficult time for our family. Grateful from Wylie. read more

Jose saved the day, at my mom's house. He and his wife did an awesome job when mom's toilet overflowed and flooded her bedroom and closet. He was able to salvage a chair and a large rug in the bathroom. His prices are very reasonable. Since he does not remove the baseboards, it saves money. Definitely call Jose! read more

Jose and his wife are excellent. With 4 dogs and a white carpet that hadn't been cleaned since before Covid. Outstanding job! And they are not a company that does big advertising. They are a mom and pop business. So please support these types of businesses. They are worth every penny. read more

Jose was such a pleasure to work with. He was quick with communication and did a fabulous job with the carpets. He sent before and after pictures to me since I was out of town when he did the work. Jose and his wife came same day and got my carpets all good to go. I would highly recommend if you need a good cleaning to call them.

On time. Friendly. Quality work at an affordable price. I will definitely use them again.

Carpet looked pretty good after the cleaning. A few stains he couldn't get out, but overall pretty good.

JC's Carpet Cleaning did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets, stairs, and rugs. Jose was responsive to texts, prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, fast, and very experienced. JC's made our carpets look brand new (which isn't an easy task with a toddler and new puppy) and they even offered to clean an area rug for free. We will definitely use JC's Carpet Cleaning again! read more

Jc's Carpet Cleaning - Stains are gone! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

I TOTALLY should've taken before and after photos. Sooo impressed with Jose and his wife and the amazing job they did with my cruddy old carpets. We've been wanting to get new flooring for years, but so many things kept coming up that we haven't yet made it happen. We have 15 year old carpets that had pretty much any type of stain you can imagine. Since we couldn't do our new floors yet, we decided we were way overdo for a good cleaning. JC's Carpet Cleaning got pretty much EVERYTHING out in about 2 hours time. 7 rooms in 2 hours! WOW! Also, he's a great communicator. He let's you know up front what the charge is going to be per room. One price per room. He says other companies may give you a low 3 rooms for $100 deal, but then when they come they start adding on all kinds of other "treatements" you "NEED". None of that with Jose. He gives you one price and that's what you expect to pay (and it's affordable!) And let me tell you, it is worth every cent and then some! Also, he's quick to respond to texts and phone calls / voice mail messages. He texts you the day before to remind you when he's coming and even the day of service to let you know he's on his way. Super helpful. My husband and I left the house while he did his work and trusted him completely. He's our go-to carpet cleaner forevermore. So lucky we found him! read more

I sent out a request for quotes for carpet cleaning and JC was not only the first to respond he had the lowest prices. He showed up at the time we discussed and was very professional. I was worried about the quality of work he would do since he was substantially lower than the rest but my carpets look amazing!!! My only regret is that I didn't take "before" and "after" photos. read more

Great job. Highly recommend JC would definitely use them again. Very professional and showed up on time

Excellent job!! Couldn't be happier! Carpet smells great. They were able to remove a stain that no one else could. Highly recommend!

JC responded right away and was able to clean two white couches and a white rug that morning. He and his wife were super nice and very careful and professional in their work. For example, they wanted to make sure their cleaning process wouldn't damage white fabric, so they came in-person to review before making an estimate. Very happy overall. read more

Amazing service and work done! I have always used Stanley Steamer - but will now call JC. He worked for SS for 13 years, but his quality of work is much better than my experience with Stanley. The couch looks brand new! JC and his wife showed up same day (on a Sat) and spent a good while working on the couch. I am a big fan of supporting local business and these guys are the real deal. Stanley Steamer no more! If I could get 6 stars I would. read more

I called JC's carpet cleaning to get a quote on having carpet cleaned in my living room. They were able to come the same day and give me an estimate. It was much more reasonable than the estimates I was getting from the places that want to add 20 different services to the cleaning.. He was actually able to clean the rug at that time. I asked him clean a couple of chairs too while he was there and he said it was no problem. They did great work and got out some stains I thought would never go away. And they were very friendly. Highly recommended. read more

Jose & Jessica were at my home today to clean the carpet in our living room and guest bedroom. Our dog had been on steroids which caused her to have a couple of mishaps in those rooms. Jose applied a pet cleaner then steam cleaned and applied protection. We could not have been happier with those services. Jose was on time and his price remained the same as what he quoted me on the phone. No upselling. Thanks Jose & Jessica! We will definitely have you come back to clean two area rugs. These are very professional and nice people. read more
