I am so satisfied with my services, from the initial set up with Kris all the way to my actual service with Jesy . I am beyond pleased. Jesy did a fantastic job . He's very knowledgeable about his profession , as well as he even provided other great advice regarding questions I had that didn't pertain to my carpet cleaning services. It Took him a little over an hour and a half to do my entire house (2 story 2622 sq ft). Including hallways , stair cases and closets . I have a lot of bulky furniture that I didn't care to move, so I had him mostly just do areas that were visible. I assumed I was going to need a pet treatment because we use to have a live in dog, but Jesy assured me that it wasn't needed and he was even able to get 90% of a slime stain out of one of my rooms, in which a previous carpet company said they weren't able to remove it.
