Bruchard & his team did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. A few key points to note: excellent communication (polite, professional & considerate, giving ETA notice); very thorough in both explaining the steam cleaning process & guidelines for the drying process & safety (reminding that if you step on the carpet when it's wet, be mindful stepping on wood/tile floors after because it can be slippery); treating my home with care & respect by protecting wood floors, corners & railings with proper equipment before bringing the steam cleaning hose & equipment inside(see photos). In addition, Unique Carpet Cleaning was on point & completely focused on the job (not distracted by devices like cell phones etc, which I have had happen in the past by a different company). The cost to do my job was fair & reasonable. And my carpet look so fresh & bright!! (See photos) I will use Bruchard & Unique Carpet Cleaning in the future & I highly recommend their services. read more

We had appt Christmas Eve between 8 and 9 was a no show and no phone call. Not like y

I'll start by saying our carpet had not been professionally cleaned in 6 years. My expectations of 'salvaging' a few rooms were let high. 8 rooms, 2 staircases, we have a pet, so uh, yea. It's hard to pick out a carpet cleaning service. There's so many of them with gimmick specials and you really never know who will show up. Look no further and call Bruchard at Unique Carpet Cleaning. Don't believe me, just call: Cordial, punctual and professional. That's no answering service, that's the man on the business card and the one who shows up sharply dressed in uniform. His equipment is high end, nothing you'll see in any hardware store. Bruchard's attention to detail is top notch and spends the extra time to ensure your floors and corners are protected. After a quick review of expectations, he gets to work. No need to be around and get in the way, he knows what needs to be done and how to do it. Very professional and respectful. Bruchard made our carpet look like the day we moved in. Excellent results, great/fair pricing. No nickel and diming here. Just call the man, you'll be glad you did. Picture won't do justice. read more

Bruchard is prompt, communicative, polite and professional. I would highly recommend his services. My carpets and rugs look fantastic!!

I love Unique Carpet Cleaning! He does a great job- we first had him by to clean our main walkways and a few bedrooms. Then we called him again after our dog had an accident that our regular spot vac couldn't take care of. Carpet looks like new! Bruchard does a thorough and great job. He calls when he's on his way (great communication is a bonus) and is timely both in arrival and completion of cleaning. Very reasonably priced too! read more

Unique Carpet Cleaning - Photo after our carpet was cleaned- dog accidents and spots are all gone! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Frisco, Texas

I had my carpet cleaned before I moved into the empty house that I had just closed on back in May. There were still stains in the master bedroom and office after he was done. I mentioned them and he stated that that was the best that the carpet could look. Last week I used the hoover power scrub elite carpet cleaner that I received for Christmas and even without spot remover pre treatment I was able to get the dingy carpet stains out. If I'm able to do that on my own, why would I pay a prefessional carpet cleaner? I proceeded to clean the carpet in all the bedrooms and the carpet was disgusting. I don't wear shoes in my house and pets aren't allowed in the bedrooms. So, there is no way my carpet should have been that dirty. The photos attached is just a sample of what I got out of my carpet in the stained areas. read more

I am a Realtor and have worked with many carpet cleaners in the past, but these guys do it right. They arrived on time, took great care to protect corners and door facings from their hoses and equipment. They treated me and my clients home with respect and care. They did a great professional job, the carpet was looking like new when they were done. I will be using them and recommending them for all my and my clients floor cleaning going forward. Great job Bruchard Lewis!!! read more

Highly recommended. I had my "new to me" oriental rug cleaned by unique. Burchard and staff were always prompt and professional in communication, setting appointments, and showing up for appointments. They went above and beyond for me. I asked for my rug to be returned before the holidays and they delivered it, impeccably cleaned, a full week ahead of the estimated completion date. read more

I have used Bruchard twice now, and every time is great. He does a thorough job prepping the carpet, cleaning the carpet, making sure edge guards are used so that the corners aren't damaged, and just making sure that I was satisfied. Another thing that I have always enjoyed is his accuracy on his estimates via text. I explained the rooms/areas to be cleaned and his estimate was spot on! No guessing if he was correct or not, or if there was going to be a change in the quote afterwards. Last, he is very punctual and arrives when says he will. A great owner/operator and I will continue to use Bruchard! read more

Just giving a shout out to this company! Used this gentleman for my buyer's new home and he did a STELLAR job! Give him a try. Just a FANTASTIC job! Bruchardt called ahead when he was able to come earlier than our scheduled appointment. He did a great job and didn't try to upsell me on additional services. I will be calling them back! read more

Five stars! If the service had been half as good as the reviews I would have been satisfied. In fact, Bruchard exceeded the 4.5 star reviews I'd read. Timely follow-up with specific appointment time, list of services to be provided and what to expect. He arrived on time, was a consumate professional and did a fantastic job- so much so that I tipped him 30%. I will be inviting him back every four months to keep our carpets in good shape. If Bruchard ever decides to not have his own business, I know several companies that would hire him to reach customer service skills. You won't be disappointed. Rodney Hall, Plano, TX read more

Bruchard Lewis with Unique Carpet Cleaning was able to restore my favorite Anthropologie rug that I'd managed to destroyed by trying to clean it myself. I thought it was beyond repair. I'm so excited they were able to fix it for me. They also carpet cleaned the entire house, had fantastic customer service, and the price was very reasonable. We will only be going to Unique Carpet Cleaning for now on. Much thanks! read more

Highly recommend Bruchard with Unique Carpet Cleaning. I reached out to a few companies in the local area - Bruchard responded immediately and had the best pricing. Not sure why there are so many 5 stars here. We recently moved to the area and was recommended this company. The office and Bruchard were very friendly in scheduling the appointment. Bruchard came on time but left the job without even starting. We had painters in the house but they were downstairs in the hardwood area and didn't impact the work from being done since all the carpet area were upstairs. Bruchard came in surveyed the area, asked to have the painter move his truck and i was slow in getting that done (10-15 mins). Bruchard didn't even have the common courtesy of telling me he wasn't going to do the work. He just drove off. He didn't return my or my husband's call. Completely unprofessional! read more

Mr. Lewis was a referral to me from a friend and I'm so glad I called him. It was so easy to get a quote, via text, and his quote didn't change after he cleaned my house. Bruchard is very professional and thorough. I greatly appreciated his promptness, work ethic and providing quality work at a wonderful value. My carpets look great and revived. My carpets are the original, so they are 10 years old, and they look great now. Thanks again Bruchard! read more

Having moved around the country multiple times, we have used many carpet cleaning services around the country. There are couple key things I look for in any service provider: respectful, knowledgeable and deliver the service as promised. Bruchard exceeds expectations in all three. He provided clear expectations on his service (price, expected result, walk through the area to be clearned and time it would take). He was knowledgeable and courteous about carpet cleaning and answered multiple questions before starting (pets, kids, areas to clean etc.). He also was very respectful in terms of operating in a private space (asking for permission to enter, knocking on doors, asking if there are any pets before starting). At the end, we were charged the price we were quoted with no surprises. I would recommend his services to anyone who needs carpet cleaning. read more

I used Bruchard when we first moved into our new home to clean our carpets - and we will be using him for years to come! He was wonderful, friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job! He arrived on time and scoped out the place before he started work. He blocked off corners of my house with plastic protectors to ensure no damage would be done to my walls. He was clear and friendly with instructions (when we could walk on the carpet afterwards, etc). I will definitely be using his services in the future!! read more

We called unique after my pet soiled our new carpet leaving a bad urine odor. They were able to get us in within a few days. Bruchard texted me the day before to confirm the time slot and called me prior to his arrival. We would definitely use Unique again, I highly recommended them and again, Bruchard was an absolutely pleasure and true professional! read more

Bruchard just left my house, and he did not ask me to write this review. Since I found him thanks to other Yelp reviewers, I offered! I want to let him know how much I appreciated the excellent service he provided this afternoon. He was punctual, polite and a hard worker. When I asked him how often we should use his services, he told me once a year, which I felt was a very honest answer. Bruchard told me his business is growing, and I can see why. We had tough stains in our media room, and he spent extra time working on them. I highly recommend him! Thank you for your terrific customer service, Bruchard! Bruchard was probably one of the nicest people I've met. He did a great job on our house. He was professional, fast, and made sure we were happy before he left. I will use him whenever we need our carpets cleaned. I found him on Yelp by the way, it's how I usually shop for service providers. I have a rental I will have him work on next week if he can fit me in. I hope people Ignore the one bad review on this site.... the company is busy because the company is good and can choose to turn customers away. Better to decline jobs than to work with an impossible to satisfy... high maintenance customer. I wish you much success Bruchard and thank you for taking such good care of us. read more
