Hate having to give 1 star!!! I honestly wanted to use a local business, but will always think twice now! I rarely have to write such a scathing review but the lack of response from the company has left me no choice. We had our (less than 2 year old) cream colored sectional cleaned to the tune of $300. After drying- the entire sofa looked like a dirty dishrag. The owner assured me she would make it right but kept making excuses for not being able to come back out to remedy and eventually went radio silent. Thank goodness for Zerorez!! They were able to save my sofa! Do not use this company- go straight to real professionals! read more

Harry and Cheryl scheduled an appointment, showed up on time and went right to work. When my wife is thrilled with the result then I'm a happy camper as well. They removed anything that was on our carpet, made all of it look brand new again and explained everything they were doing. We will only use Texas Cleaning Solutions for our house again. We even have them scheduled for every six months on the calendar now. read more

I really hate to give a one star rating because I've used Cheryl twice in the past and was very happy. I'm not sure why but this experience, or lack of has been very different. I reached out to Cheryl via yelp and she responded, we set a date for her to come out after getting a quote. A few days later, I realized a later date would work better and I tried to call, text, email, reach her through her business Facebook messenger, yelp again, for over a week and numerous times each method. I never got a response back from her and then the day came for her to come to my house and she was a no show. I am hoping she is ok, because I don't understand why she went MIA. read more

If I could give a negative rating I would. I don't know how this company has so many good ratings. They refused to clean my mother's carpets, who is 70 and spent two days moving heavy furniture out of the rooms, because the carpet was "too dirty." Well, duh...that's why they need to be cleaned. Then, while my mother was trying to speak to him about the issue, he walked out, without a word, and closed the door in her face. This is unacceptable in so many ways. I guess they are cheap for a reason. I would stay far away from this company. read more

Scheduled service with Cheryl for a Saturday morning cleaning of 4 carpet areas. Cheryl and her father showed up right on time and walked me through the process for each room. They were so friendly and courteous, taking their time to meet and greet all of my family members. They were able to remove several stains that I assumed were there to stay, and even left a small bottle of their stain remover as a gift. I have used several carpet cleaning companies over the past 7 years in this area, and can say that Cheryl and her father were by FAR the best. Their value and level of service are unmatched. read more
