We hired Pedro to deep clean a used sofa chair that was given to us, as well as our love seat. I couldn't believe the difference! Both the pieces were like new after he was done steam cleaning them. I was so impressed that I asked if he had time to steam clean an area rug as well. Again, like new! Pedro was on time, quick, efficient and super nice. His prices were also more competitive than any other quotes I received. He can deep clean pretty much anything, from carpets and windows to grout and air ducts. I highly recommend Pedro's work and will definitely be using him again!

I inquired about whether he wore masks and he said yes. Payments can be credit card, but Zelle, Venmo, or cash preferred. I chose Venmo to support small businesses. He arrived a few mins before the scheduled time and he finished within the hour! He turned off the lights and turned off the fans once he was done with each room. I asked if I can see the dirty water he said I could. But once we got to the truck he said he wouldn't recommend releasing the water now cox the drain is blocked by construction crew. But he took a picture for me after (without me asking, so I thought that was nice of him). He offers many other services too. Please check out the business card I took.

Unfortunately, no one ever showed up for the appointment. Around 10:30 am, I started calling the company because I noticed that my Groupon coupon had already been redeemed, even though no service had been provided. After leaving several messages, I finally reached someone around 1 PM. At first, the representative asked how the service went, and I had to explain that I was still waiting for someone to arrive. I was later told that the technician had supposedly been involved in a car accident on the way to my home. While I understand emergencies can happen, what was frustrating was the lack of communication. No one contacted me to inform me about the delay or cancellation, and my coupon had already been redeemed without my authorization. I was told this was done to "activate the work order." Since I was unsure when I would next be available, I requested a refund instead of rescheduling. I was told the refund would take up to 10 business days, but despite following up multiple times, the issue still has not been resolved. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to the poor communication, failure to provide the scheduled service, and delays in resolving the refund request.
