These were broken up into 3 separate visits & after each visit Franco asked for feedback & if there was anything that could enhance the service, to which there was none, since the work exceeded expectations. spent $550 a few years ago, to get my shower box tiles cleaned and regrouted. The website looks impressive and the owner came by and "guarantee" the tiles would look new when it was done. Two Mexican guys came and steamed the tiles, vacuumed, then applied grout where the grout came off (Which now I know IS NOT a good practice). You must remove the old grout completely before applying new one. It left me with two-colored grout (the old and new) and they kept saying over time, the color would be the same. The new grout and the old grout still have different color 2-3 years after. I was under the impression they would totally take off the older grout and put new one (all around) in the shower box and that wasn't the case. WHAT A WASTE OF MY $550!!!! Don't believe them when they said it would look new after they regrout the shower tiles. Don;t fall for their website picture. They are a cleaning company, they only know how to vacuum and steam, that's it. They don't know how to do grout properly. They are not professional contractors. read more

Called them in for a warn path in my carpet. They left it the same and the carpet didn't smell clean or fresh when they were done. I told them it didn't look clean they said " it's a change in the carpet fibers but it's clean" ?? They said it would dry in 6hrs and it stayed wet more then 24hrs when I called another company to clean it, it was moldy and damp. Asked these guys to clean all the vents, re-seal the granite in our kitchen and bathroom and clean the floors in the bathrooms and balcony. I spoke with Frank. He was great and professional. He was personable and honest. I needed to get the work done before my wife and I moved into our condo. They did a great job and did not take too long. These days only bad service gets mentioned and good service goes without reward, not today! We used Cyclones vent cleaning service before our first baby was to be born. We had heard within the last few weeks of pregnancy that cleaning your vents can make a big difference for a new born. We had only been in our house a year and wanted to be safe then sorry. With only a few weeks left to go I called up Cyclones and Kim was very flexible and understanding of our time constraint and scheduled is within the week. The next day we found out we would be inducing the same day as the appointment and Kim was great about moving up the time. I had badly forgotten the window of arrival was not the same as being completed and realized I could be in a pickle. When Franco and Pedro arrived, I explained the situation and time frame (which was less than they ballparked to be done by). They moved quick and efficiently as a team and didn't waste a second! My wife also needed to get ready before the hospital so they happily started on certain parts of the house first to allow her time to get ready. I have used Cyclone Cleaners for several years in both hardware floor cleaning, carpet, upholstery, polishing and resealing natural stone. They have always done a very good job and I have been a dedicated customer. A couple weeks back I called them right at closing time as I had an emergency. One of my larger animals had bled all over my light color bedroom carpet. The only response I got from them was - we are booked until the middle of the following week. I explained to them that I was a long standing customer and it was a true emergency. Never asked me my name, never asked what the emergency was or how to resolve it, dead pan response .... booked solid until the middle of next week. So I pressed harder and asked if they had any suggestions as to what I can do do or who I could call? They told me to try Parker Brothers Cleaning. I left Parker Brothers Cleaning a message as it now was past closing time. They returned my call at 7am the following morning as I had left a message saying it was an emergency. Parker Brothers came out to my house that day. They explained to me how they where able to be flexible as a couple of hours daily is slotted to in 'case of emergency'. As they find emergencies happen every day. Fantastic business model and way to ensure you support the customers that have supported you over the years. They were professional, very reasonably priced, moved furniture, put furnture up on blocks and a wealth of knowledge what to do in the event it happens again, what products they applied and why.
