Had an excellent experience with OKeefe and Orlington Of Pure Air. The father-son team told me the pricing over the phone for my Duct cleaning. I have a 50 yr old three floor condo that has (most likely) never had the ducts cleaned out. mold was blowing out my vents after a new AC install and that's why I called them. They protected all the areas of my home and got to work- they vacuumed, brushed and sanitized all my ducts many times over- the amount of mold in my ducts was DISTURBING (to say the least!). It took several hours to get every duct cleaned out but they did all the work and left my condo very clean and smelling great when they were finished. I'm sure the amount of nastiness in my ducts are in the top five of worst they ever seen! I will be bringing them back in a year for a follow up clean. The air in my condo already is crisper And the musty smell in my home is gone. So glad I had them come out and they were incredibly friendly and honest as well. I know they were more affordable than the other companies that do this and the price never went up when they saw how much work my job would be- and it was a lot of work! Having found them on Yelp- this was a yelp-win for me (and that's not always the case). Thank you OKeefe and Orlington for the work you did. It was a pleasure meeting you. read more

My wife and I were really impressed by how thorough they were. Orlington is professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the importance of cleaning and sanitizing in order to prevent mold. On top of that they were much less expensive than the other larger companies we looked at. I would highly recommend them! read more

If there's one thing I pride myself on is doing my due diligence to find great service providers---I've only been wrong two times since moving to TX. This time was no exception. I hired this fine father and son duo and they are the BEST. The son Orlington was extremely courteous on the phone, was eager to do business, and laid out the pricing options to set expectations. The previous owner didn't mention or document dryer duct cleaning and my wife felt it could've been better. So they got right to work, moved our dryer and duct, and went to town. Take a look at this pic. This is only ***half*** of what they pulled out. After evacuating all of the dryer lint, they did a blow out and then did an air test. Our dryer duct they said is now lint free :) They also gave us tips on how to maintain our service and fire safety tips (e.g. dont run the dryer while sleeping or away from home). Also, we asked them for a quote on HVAC duct cleaning and the quote was half of what that scammer guy tried to charge us the first time around. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat and am going to send the pic below and a video to all my friends and neighbors. (Cross posted on Google reviews) read more
