They came, they conquered, and no charge. A month later, the furnace sparked. It is a 3 coil electric and 1 coil had burned out right through. So we are now on a 2 element heater until a new one can be found. Apparently a heater for a mobile home is difficult to find. The original was a Coleman and parts or replacement are not available. So they are currently searching for good replacement. I am particular about brands and will be picky about what they can find. So as of today. This company is outstanding. We called a neutral company and had them come out to do an inspection with no prior information. They opened everything up and said everything was in top shape...opened the line and told us it was immaculately clean. This just proved that Ace was coming up with a reason for the builders to be able to blame us for the leak, because Ace is contracted with our builders. Follow the money. A year later, our thermostat plus sign button just stopped working. We tried to call Ace, because it had a 5 year warranty. They wanted us to pay $100 for them to come out and replace it. We could go buy a new thermostat for close to that price. No one told us that until the day of our appointment too. When my husband told them he was unhappy with their company, the rep hung up on him. All of this is especially disgraceful, because they claim to be a Christian company.

Mine suddenly went out this weekend while I was out of town and I came home Sunday to an incredibly hot house. It was 95+ degrees at the hottest point inside. I have a friend in the business always willing to help me but he lives a little over 2 hours away and I didn't want to bother him on a Sunday and ask him to drive over 4 hours (round trip) so my sister told me to call Troy since he did such a great job for her and since he was local. She was confident he would get to me quickly and that was exactly what I needed. Troy called me back within 15 or 20 minutes of my leaving him a message and was at my house after his next call a couple of hours later. He had been in hot attics all day and was exhausted but knew me, my younger sister, my 4 year old niece and our two dogs needed some relief so he came over, diagnosed the issue and came back early this morning to get the AC up and running again.
