I had an old HVAC system that needed replaced. They came out in a fast manner that surprised me. They looked at my old system and said whoever purchased this, it was too small. That's why my electric bills were so high (it was a 3 ton and I needed a 5 ton for my 2600 sq ft house). They orded it and it took only a few days. They brought a whole crew and not only put the unit in but also, a new plenum and new duct work. They did a wonderful job. They also installed a new thermostat. The system works great. We have a home warranty but we had to wait several days for our appointment. I was getting nervous about all the noises I was hearing from my water heater. I began looking for a company that could come out right away and advise whether I could wait for the appointment or if we were in the middle of an 'emergency'. I appreciated the speed of their response which was less than 15 minutes. I also appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. Had a toilet leaking from the seal for a while and it eventually ruined the flange. Sure I could have repaired it myself for a fraction of what it cost to pay a plumber, but I have a bad back, so I decided I'd rather pay someone else to do it. I know plumbers aren't cheap, but it is what it is. Called Dial One Johnson to do the job. Everything went smooth. They answer the phones quickly, scheduling was flexible, they showed up promptly, they were professional and safe (wore masks and advised they were vaccinated), they worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Total for toilet and flange was 885. Expensive, but I am very happy with the work they did and would definitely use them again. read more

Brian H was my technician. They replaced my bathtub and surrounding wall.They did an amazing job. Brian was transparent and very knowledgeable in explaining the plan upfront. If there were any variations that he would need to make, he made me aware of them prior to completion. Everyone was very professional. I had issues wtih pipes bursting in wall since July 2018. Pipe burst again for 4th time yesterday. Today Dial 1 came out again and gave me a complete new manifold. Apparently my house built in 2006 had substandard piping and the city had my water coming to the house at 100 psi which is way over the pressure needed to supply my house and that is why pipes kept bursting. Daniel the supervisor took $1000.00 off of the bill and Curley the plumber installed a pressure gauge and the new manifold. He had to dig in my yard to complete the job. Great service started with my call to the local office and ended with a job well done by James. The office stayed in touch and made sure I knew when James was on the way. Once here, he listened to my explanation and provided a step by step process to get my washer drain back to running. He stayed true to his description and then went on to ask about any other issues I might be facing. After a brief chat and a quote, I had them come back out two days later to replace an older hot water heater, add in a water leak alarm and a recirculating pump. Our Plumber was Brian. While my father was on vacation we discovered a gas leak, after calling the gas company, who came quickly and found three leaks, we call Dial One Johnson Plumbing. They sent Brian to fix our problem. He fixed the three leaks by replacing three valves and hoses. We ask if he could look at a stopped up bathtub. As he was trying to unstop the tub he found that the pipe under the house were rotted out. In fact after he got under the house he found several pipes and joints in the same condition. It took him several days to fix the piping and tub fixtures. Brian was always courteous and friendly. He apologized frequently for the inconveniences he was creating. Brian was a clean freak, always very concerned about messing up the house. In fact before he left for the last time he went around the house making sure he had not left anything that needed to be cleaned up. The price seemed a little high but for the time he was on the job (about 17-18 hours) it was OK. read more
