Rather than try to upsell me on a new unit, and knowing that every day it was down I was losing business, they suggested the far less costly plan to replace just the failed compressor on my old (15+ years) AC unit. They managed to find the parts locally, and I had the employees back in the office the next afternoon. We were in a serious predicament. I called several companies and, one after another they either were not available or declined to assist us at such short notice. I contacted ZedicAir and had a tech(Matthew) at my house in about an hour. The trouble shooting started, and a few hours later, the cool air was flowing. I called 4 companies and Nick and Randy were the only ones who arrived the same evening, not the next day. He was friendly, explained what is going on, told me what he is looking for and what I will need to do in the future based on the model that I had. He was able to bring my unit to life. The unit worked for a couple hours and stopped again. I texted Nick and he was back at my house within an hour. He gave me a quote that is half the quote of the first company and he organized for the new unit he put in today, instead of me waiting till Monday. This is an AC company I would recommend without any reservations. I am planning to get a bunch of their cards and give it to all my friends.
