I had an emergency with a clogged drain on my A/C and I was able to get Comfort Masters to come out late to service it. Thank you so much for your prompt service. We appreciate it! read more

Comfort Masters is one of the best HVAC companies in North Texas. I was out of state when I noticed my house had climbed above 95 degrees inside, so I called Comfort Masters. They came out the same day, gave me estimates for both repairing and replacing the system, and helped me weigh my options. Since my unit was 18 years old and had needed more service recently, I decided to replace it. Their team came out the next day and, even though I wasn't home, replaced the entire unit with an Amana variable-speed inverter AC unit and compatible heater in one long day. Dylon returned the following week for a quality-control check, and the system has been very quiet while keeping the humidity in the low 50s. I also really appreciate that live people in the office answer the phone--no bot. I highly recommend Comfort Masters for HVAC service. read more

Had two problems in the last year. Both covered by warranty. Both times I needed Comfort Masters at an important time (just before a vacation and just after my wife got home from surgery. Both times Comfort Masters delivered. And both times it was Jeremy Vargas responding quickly, professionally and explained everything. Comfort Masters delivers on their promises and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, or service their AC/Heating unit. read more

I'm torn because this company did help. They responded quickly and came out right away, for that I gave them 4 stars. I also had no issues with my tech. All this to say, on pricing alone I would give them one star. They grossly over priced the services they provide. Paid almost $600 for simply a capacitor. That is $100 part AT MOST. It's sick how companies take advantage of people who aren't knowledgeable. Do better guys. read more

Our AC system needed to be serviced and one unit was making noise. I was actually able to contact and make the appointment ALL via Yelp within minutes! That was awesome! All of my initial questions and possible pricing scenarios (of course, they could not quote an exact price) were discussed on the Yelp platform. The technician who showed up is Rueben and he was fantastic. He examined the systems and then explained all work that needed to be done and gave specific pricing for the work. The hubbs and I only had a specific amount to spend at this time on the system, so Rueben let me know what had to be done immediately to ensure we'd have AC throughout the summer, and then what we could wait on, but need to have done by early fall. We had to wait on some parts, but Rueben gave us a realistic time frame and let us know when he'd be back to install the parts. He was very thorough and I sincerely appreciated how well he explained everything he did. I will definitely be scheduling my follow up appointment in the fall, and I am now using Comfort Masters for annual maintenance on my ac/heating systems. Fast, friendly, and reliable service from a company that hires exceptional employees. That works for me! read more

I have really struggled with how to rate comfort masters. First of all: they respond super fast. If you call on a Sunday in a panic, they will answer your call, talk you through it, and offer to send someone if necessary. Their staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I even really liked the technician they sent. That said, he pitched a cheaper alternative to what we needed done and we ok'ed it with the caveat that price was less important than the job being done right and not needing constant attention (water leaking through the ceiling from the ac). The job was not done right the first time. It was not done right the second time. And by the third time, we were given an estimate for our initially requested repair that was TRIPLE the initial quote (informal ballpark- but not really in the ballpark). They didn't charge for the follow ups to fix the original issue, so I didn't feel like they were gouging us or anything, but the solution was misrepresented as final until the third visit when he said it was only temporary. And now we need to find someone else to do the job. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company's work, but i do appreciate the things they are doing right. read more

Outstanding service. When I replaced my A/C in 2013, I had 3 bids. They were the middle price but unlike the other 2, they provided a 2 page list of everything they were going to do for the money. This included re-sealing all of the ducting for leaks. They finished in one day doing everything they promised. I signed up for their service contract. They have been on time and very thorough in maintaining the system. The techs are friendly and competent and the office staff is responsive. I highly recommend Comfort Masters for your HVAC needs. read more

The service person, Rondel, has been excellent. He solved the distribution and noise problems we inherited from prior owners and gave solid tips on maintenance. I only give 4 stars because I think the mark-up on the weak capacitor replacement was a might excessive. read more

Recently installed a new HVAC system. If I have a concern or something I do not understand, they're on top of it immediately. I have a service contract for twice a year checkup. Their technicians are knowledgeable and this includes office staff as well. Most importantly, Comfort Masters is HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY and have genuine caring for their customers. read more

I have enjoyed my Trane air conditioner since 2019 and have it serviced for routine maintenance twice a year. I especially like controlling it from my smartphone! I did have some issues in the beginning, but they were immediately corrected. Jamarcus is the technician that was sent this year for both spring and winter maintenance. He was polite, knowledgable and professional as he spent time to thoroughly explain the maintenance he did. I felt very much assured before he left and do recommend him highly if you need AC fixes. I had Comfort Masters install a new A/C and heating system 3 years ago. Everything has been working perfectly until last week when my A/C quit working. I called Comfort Masters and, as usual, they were very responsive. Technician Rondell quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced a malfunctioning capacitor under warranty. I have been very pleased with the service from Comfort Masters and highly recommend them to anyone needing a new system or work done on an existing system read more

It is really nice to do business with this company. I can trust what they say needs to be done and not feel like they're just trying to up sell all the time and they are super accommodating with scheduling. I have never felt like I was left hanging when I needed them. read more

Our AC died. In one hour technician Bobby was there. He spotted a damaged part, replaced it...added Freon and everything's great again. Did not try to upsell me! Reasonable price , fast service, friendly and knowledgeable. 5 star! Honest and friendly! read more

They responded quickly and repaired the issue. The tech was nice and explained things well. He did a little upselling. The only negative is their extremely over priced for services, even with inflation. read more

Very quick response when A/c wasn't working. I knew it was a capacitor, asked them to check system and they agreed it was the capacitor. I was offered a lot of items to enhance the capacitor, which I chose not to take; lowering the price considerably. Not pushy selling just offering. So with that all said an educated consumer is best and this company is a good one. Loved their receipt with pictures etc. I know technology Costs a lot as well as all the operational costs. I would trust these folks again, and will use again as well. read more

We have two separate units in our home. In January 2022 our main unit went out. Comfort Masters did a fantastic job for us and super quality work. They moved the original inside unit from a closet into the attic and added two new return air vents. They had our heat running again the same day, and except for the two new vents you would never know they had been here. They wear shoe coverings inside and remove them when they are outside. They cleaned up everything and left no trace! We were so impressed with the quality of work and equipment that we decided in December 2023 to replace our second unit before it went out on its own. We welcomed Comfort Masters back and had an equally happy experience. We have service contracts with both units. We couldn't recommend Comfort Masters any higher!! Thank you Jeremy, Matt, Jonathan and all the guys that have been a part of our new AC/Heat Pumps!! read more

Excellent company and thoughtful service. Shawn was awesome. Highly recommended if you need AC repair services.

Technician arrived toward the beginning of the service window, was very courtesy and put shoe coverings on before entering the house. He was knowledgeable and did a full assessment, inside and outside, for the AC system that was having problems. He provided a good explanation of his recommendations, including which things were the most important. In my opinion, the important things were the only ones that were really necessary. Other recommendations were things like surge protectors, which are a great idea, but is not why my AC unit froze. Necessary repairs were $800, with all their extra recommendations the invoice I was shown was over $2k. Giving a customer sticker shock isn't a great sales tactic. However, they weren't pushy, so it wasn't an issue in the end. read more

First day of below freezing temps and my furnace wasn't working. I called around and this company was the only one who squeezed me in day of and didn't price gauge. Jeremy the tech was a doll and checked thoroughly to diagnose and remedy. I had heat by the time he left. So thankful and highly recommend this business! read more

Comfort Masters installed a new heating and A/C system in my home 5 years ago and I have used them for service since. They respond quickly and efficiently, always taking care of what I need with qualified technicians. They stand by their warranties. We initially had a company called royal heating and air come out to diagnose our ac unit. My unit was dripping water through the rusted drain pan onto the floor leaking into our master closet and they told me it was low on Gas. Long story short their management mocked me and proceeded to hang up on me. Needless to say Geno with comfort masters was a breath of fresh air! He told me my drain pan was rotten and then found a leak in my evaporator coil! Thank you my man for coming out and helping us diagnose this problem professionally and correctly! I would recommend these guys if you're needing help with your ac! Give them a shout! read more

The technicians were very nice and respectful so I want to give them that... however I now sit in my house burning up because they disconnected everything and didn't hook it back up. Which makes me wonder how they even checked to make sure what they did worked. Very frustrating that there is not an emergency number to call so they could at least see if it is an easy fix to get us through the night. read more

This company is awesome! Great response and service. I could not be any happier. Would give 10 stars if possible.

My AC was not cooling properly and the technician (D.R.) came out and was extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable. He checked the system and found an issue that I had him replace. He went over my other options and results from his inspection and left me feeling confident in the service I received. Will definitely use them again if I have an issue. read more

I called Comfort Masters on a Saturday to schedule a routine maintenance service and Bobby was there on Monday morning. Our compressor stopped working late on a Sunday night. I was able to get a next day appointment through Yelp for Monday morning. Our technician, Rondell showed up on time, diagnosed the issue and completed the repair in a very short period of time. He was professional and was able to explain everything he was doing. Prices were in line with what Google suggests the repair should have cost. Would definitely recommend. read more

Were professional and courteous. Wore masks explained what the problem was and how to fix it in a clear manner. Brought up a recommendation but did not hard sell. I'd call them again read more

Had hired OneHourAir of Fort Worth. Guy came out and reset AC somehow in the attic and did not check freon or the capacitor. Hired this company and they came out within the hour. Capacitor was out. They replaced it for $225 with 5 year warranty. read more

Let me start by saying..I had contacted two other HVAC companies before Comfort...one told me they would be out twice..never showed. The other person never contacted me back. I contacted Comfort on Tuesday and they came out the next day. Mike was awesome! He spoke to my Gf and went down our checklist to fix for our home inspection. She said he was very cordial and helpful. He pointed out flaws in the inspection report as well. Highly recommended! read more

Mike is awesome! We had a list of issues to address on a home inspection report. He patiently walked through each issue with me as we read the report together. Summer of 2018 my a/c bit the dust :( i called and had someone come out and they told me how much to fix my 30 year old system. They also told me that the freon that my ac used would be discontinued in 2020. Ugh so then i had to weigh my options fix or replace. I decided to get a few quotes to get a new system installed. Comfort masters was one of those quotes. They came by to give me a quote and take a look. Gave me the pros and cons of my options. There wasn't a pushy sales pitch and i felt like they understood it was an financial option that most arent prepared to make even when they are sweaty and miserable in the house. Soo here we are a year later and yep last summer we had comfort masters install a new system. BEST DECISION EVER! After getting a new system installed it has cut my electric bill in half and that pretty much pays the loan i had to take to get the new system! My house stays cooler than it ever did before! This SUNDAY of labor day weekend we woke up and there was no power to the ac, we troubleshot the prob and couldnt figure out so we called comfort masters and they came out the same day! Small electrical issue later and we were back in business. Comfort masters is awesome! They have my 100% AAA 5star recommendation and a customer for life! Thank you for being the best example of a company that cares and is there when you need them! read more
