They were careful with the new equipment. - A white moving truck with its back doors open is parked on a residential street, revealing various moving supplies and equipment inside. A large cardboard box is placed on a pallet in front of the truck. The scene includes trees, houses, and a sidewalk, indicating a suburban neighborhood setting.

I just had a great experience with Top Gun - we had AC failures and we needed two heat pumps ASAP. Scott was great and worked with our limited budget until we settled on two high SEER units that qualify for the fed tax credit. Their communication appears to be above average, and Scott answered all of my pre-install questions late at night when I sent them. The installation team was great and eventually figured out how to use our existing Ecobee thermostats with the heat pumps. They came on time, were very professional and cleaned up the house and yard. Kevin and Manual explained things well when we had a lot of questions. A big thank you goes out to Kevin and his team: Jesse, Manual, Saleh, and Nemo. What a pleasure it was to find such a customer friendly company when every dollar counts for a retired person on fixed income. We are very happy they have a six-month periodic follow-up service program.

Snapped a pic of the crew working on the new system - Two workers are working on HVAC installation or repair in an attic space. One is standing on the floor, while the other is on a step, both focused on the HVAC unit. The attic has exposed wooden beams, ductwork, and insulation. Bright lighting illuminates the workspace, and various tools and wires are visible around them.

It helped they were close to me in Denton and were based in Argyle at the time of this review. Chandler came to our home bright and early between 8AM and 10AM as promised and called about 30 minutes before he arrived. He put on shoe covers right away when entering my home. He quickly explained what he was going to do and explained it to me in simple terms. Once Chandler inspected my compressor, he was able to find a bad capacitor and show me why it wasn't working with his multimeter. He also told me areas of concern for next time but I knew my options for today to get me back up and running. Really great service! Walked me through what he was doing to help me understand my HVAC system better! Highly recommend you give GOAT Air a call! Horrible service!!!…read more We scheduled a Friday maintenance appointment with Goat Air and set aside time to be available during their service window. At the last minute, they texted us to cancel, claiming an "emergency repair." When I called, the story changed, they admitted they took a bigger, higher-paying job (full heating system replacement) and pushed us aside, told us either cancel or reschedule with them. They didn't even bother calling back, just sent a text canceling after pretending to "sort things out." Completely unreliable and unprofessional.

I preserved your voice,…read moregratitude, and heartfelt meaning while making it clearer, easier to read, and more professional. If you'd like it shorter, formatted as a Google review, or written in a different tone, I can revise it. Revised Version I would recommend Sunny Services to anyone looking for a company that truly strives to provide every customer with quality service, attention to detail, and professionalism. They take their time, they are thorough, and they make sure no question goes unanswered. I want to give a huge shout-out to everyone I spoke with--from the outstanding customer service representatives to the upper management team. They took the time to understand my situation as a disabled veteran who was exposed to Sarin nerve gas during the Iraq War. Because of that exposure, I now deal with cognitive and speech impairments, PTSD, and other challenges that affect me every minute of the day. I currently need a caregiver for eight hours each day to help me manage daily activities. Because of my cognitive challenges, I know I can be difficult at times. If I can't express what's on my mind right away, I lose my train of thought and become frustrated. This is something I struggle with daily. I want to sincerely apologize to the customer service representatives--who are the first point of contact and such an important part of the company--if I came across as unprofessional at any time. It was never intentional. Having worked in the insurance industry for most of my career, I understand how critical that first impression is. I always trained my own employees to greet patients with a smile, offer water or coffee, and make them feel welcome. Sunny Services does exactly that in their own way. Their team makes you feel cared for from the very first moment, always asking, "What can I do to make your day better?"--and they mean it. I have also been extremely impressed with their HVAC service work. I first used them when they offered a Home Depot promotion over the summer. I expected a quick job, but instead they took their time, performed a thorough diagnostic, and explained everything clearly. My father--who lives two hours away--happened to be visiting that day. He was amazed by their professionalism and the level of detail they provided. He had almost no questions because Sunny Services had already explained everything so well. I want to thank the entire Sunny Services team for their patience, professionalism, and kindness. I know I can be hard to work with at times due to my disabilities, and I truly appreciate how understanding you all were. Every day is a challenge for me, and I often feel frustrated that I'm not the same man I once was after serving my country--but your compassion meant more to me than you may realize. So thank you--each and every one of you. You made my day better even when I fear I may have made yours harder. Sunny Services deserves five stars for quality, professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer care. From the customer service team to the technicians to the management team--you are the backbone of the company, and you are the reason I will continue to recommend Sunny Services to anyone in the DFW area. They offer the best prices around the DFW area you can never be anywhere you go anywhere that I've called in the past, but they beat depressed hands down in the quality of care and all the above that I have explained you will not go wrong with Sunny services so I highly recommend Sunny services over numerous companies. I've used throughout the years. You just can't go wrong. Thank you again for everything. -- A grateful veteran

I came home Friday Afternoon (10APR26) to find a puddle forming in my garage. My water heater of…read moreover 16 years had finally given out. To Rescue Air's credit, they had been warning us each time they came out for HVAC Filter rotations. Thankfully, Rescue Air's ace plumbing expert Mr. Phillip Blystone was dispatched to my home to assess the situation. Within minutes he identified the issue and immediately started to work out a plan and arrangement my family could manage to cover the expense of the Water Heater replacement: the source of the leaking problem. Rescue Air has a very long history of working with my family since we've been in this home (2016), so that level of service is a given these days. But that's not the complete reason for the 5-Star rating. The next day, now with a working heater, my wife and I discovered that a leak was still present in the Garage. Upon calling Rescue Air to let them know what was going on, Mr. Blystone responded swiftly to our location to triage the leak. Using both his advanced equipment and intuition, he found that in spite of the solid repair and replace he and his team performed of the water heater, a leak was sadly missed during the initial assessment. Most other business would likely have tacked on a "not-our-problem" sort of response to this. However, Mr. Blystone and by extension Rescue Air are not your normal type of company. With careful consideration of the economic circumstance of the recent repair & purchase, balancing years of customer loyalty and being a genuinely saint, Mr. Blystone proceeded to isolate and resolve the leak (a small puncture hole in the T-pipe hot-water line leading from the heater) pro-gratis. Completely unexpected, but definitely much appreciated! It goes without saying it would be extremely foolish for my family to consider doing business with anyone else in the Dallas Metro given Rescue Air's track record with our family. The value lost would be far too great. While I hope to not need their services as often as recently, I definitely look forward to working with them and Mr. Blystone should the need arise again.

I believe the other negative reviews to be spot-on. Be very, very careful with this company…read more They came in to give an estimate for one repair, but that turned into a big, scary report of all the issues, pointing strongly at a completely new system. Ok. They had photos. Their explainations sounded reasonable, especially when coupled with the photos they quickly flashed through on their tiny phone. So, I told them that we would likely move forward, but I require two things - a copy of all of those photos, and two estimates, one for what they wanted to sell me, and a separate itemized repair list. I got two estimates - one for the original they were pushing, and another for something MORE expensive. No itemized list of repairs. No photos. When I reached out in email, they wanted a phone call. There is almost always a good reason for not wanting to leave a record via email. But, $15,000-ish for a new 5 ton unit, with no new duct work... yeah, you'd better *really* back that up. They could not (would not?) I now have to suspect that thier photos were doctored in some way, maybe even not all of my unit. Who knows? Who looks inside, like that? And, I suspect their reason for not sending me copies of those were dubious. They also pressured the sale claiming that "prices go up next week for Summer." Sha. Ok. This was in March. Good luck with these tactics. Not for me. If you want to give them enough rope to hang themselves to find out for yourself, just act ignorant and as excited for a new unit as they suddenly are to sell you on it. You'll see. It'll cost you $120 for the scammy diagnosis, though.

I chose Comfort Land because I related to who I communicated to and was able to establish good communication with them at a, albeit weird hour (Saturday night 9pm). The person I talked to, Will, was very upfront about the pricing. The price was 49$ for a diagnostic visit. I also asked if there was a cancellation fee in case the AC worked itself out, no cancellation fee, and he also recommended some YouTube sites to see if some of the basics could be ruled out on the costumer side. I appreciated that and after doing some price comparison with 2 other companies, one of which tried to upsell me on a yearly plan, I decided to go with Comfort Land. I confirmed the appointment time on Sunday and on Monday they came early afternoon. I was not here when they originally came and my husband interacted with them, he had a favorable opinion. I had done my own research that morning and realized that the problem was likely inside the house since the outside unit was spinning normally and the refrigerant line was cold, but nothing was blowing in my house so I thought it was likely a motor blower issue. they confirmed that they found that the motor blower was not working. they also said the auxillary drain pan was very rusted (like around 2-3 feet of rust on the pan) I like that they documented everything very well and showed and emailed us pictures of what they found in our attic. I felt very comfortable and confident that they were honest and did a good evaluation. They called and had a motor blower and new drain pan delivered from their storage facility and I think the two of them waited outside the house for like 90 minutes for it. I think they came around 1pm, and left around 5 pm after installing everything and left after they made sure the AC was working, including measuring the temperature that came from the AC. In regards to the pricing: It was 2600 to replace the motor and change the drain pan. I did a search on HVAC subreddit and it seemed like that price was reasonable. My husband and I are very grateful for their prompt service, their handwritten evaluation that not only evaluated the immediate problem, as well as overall health of the AC system we had and the degree of wear and tear on some of the other parts. I feel comfortable recommending this company to friends and other people. Please keep up the good work everyone!
