I had an ac unit go out . I used another company that came out and shut my unit off and said I needed a new unit that this one was gone . After not hearing back from that company for several days and no air , I contacted Webb. Fred, sent out a technician to get my old unit cooling ( he was shocked that the previous technician completely shut the unit off including the fan ) until the new unit could be installed . the other company offered nothing ! not even a new unit bid . Rafael and the folks at Webb Air were AMAZING!!! They were able to come out on relatively short notice and did a comprehensive HVAC tune up. Webb Air Conditioning came to our rescue after hours last evening and saved us from sleeping in a hot house. The technician, Timothy Swaim, climbed in our attic while thectemp was still 99 degrees outdide. Imagine what it was in the attic. After a thorough inspection, he identified and corrected the problem. He verified that we had no other issues and swept up any dirt that may have fallen. On a quick deadline to get the HVAC inspected before my earnest money for a Property went hard. Webb was very responsive, reviewed the inspection report within one business day, drove out the next business day, fully inspected the unit, clearly communicated every finding and the severity (or lack there of), and provided an invoice of proposed charges for repairs before the end of the day.
