Hello wonderful people of Yelpsville. Once again the spector of hades looms menacingly over the deep, hot south. Okay, so it's just the sun, and the sun is awesome :o) My starter home is where my eldest son resides. We built that pup in 1995 and the OG Hvac was still kicking. But, it finally succumbed to its mortality. WTD? Come to you great people of Yelp. The way I see it, if an hvac company is worth it, they've installed a unit in a home the same spec as mine before, so you don't need to send high pressured salespeople or a tech to give me the run around. Act like you are experts, professionals and look my home up on google, redfin, zillow. You should know what fits that home without ever coming out, or you aren't in the right business. Cameron from Team Enoch spoke to me on the phone. I sent him pics from my ladder to the attic where the air handler eeks out a living, and one of the manufacturers placard. I did same with the outside unit. Cameron was familiar with the system I had, mapde a few suggestions of different units they sell. I had a couple other prices from two others, one a family connect, the plug. Cameron even hooked me up with available 0% financing. Didn't use it because Chase Freedom offered 0% with two fitty cash back after spending $1500 first 3 mos. Boom, gottem. I was given a start time, the technicians, Alec and Alex arrived spot on the dime when they said they'd be there. No waiting. They took me through the process, explained everything in detail, then got right to work, no dilly, no dally. I was told how long the service would take, and they finished on time. These guys are as OCD as I am. The install was better than the original installation in 1995, brand new. Every line, crisp, every wire, tied and straight. I was military so everything has to be dressed right dress. It is. You can tell when the people providing a service care to get every detail with a high level of respect for every cent you're spending. Team Enoch even cleans up behind themselves. They respect your home. I just settled my bill, and it was truly my pleasure to pay for this. I honestly know I got more value for my moolah. Thanks to everyone on Yelp as well. Your reviews truly blessed me, and saved me from what would have been a difficult decision. Thanks Team Enoch. read more

"I had a very negative experience with Team Enoch for HVAC service. While they were quick to schedule the initial appointment, the actual work fell way short of expectations. The quality of the installation/repair was poor, and when issues came up, their communication was terrible. It has been a hassle trying to get things resolved. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reliable HVAC company." They installed my units wrong from the very beginning. I have had 2 service calls since they were installed on August 13 because my house was 93 degrees inside I paid 13,280 dollars for the worst possible service ever. They had to finally send another set up crew out to reinstall my 2 units because they were done wrong in the first place . Customer service is horrible and so is the manger I'm dealing with right no. I would highly suggest someone else read more

Came home to a ceiling leak from an upstairs bathroom. Team Enoch was able to come out. Looked like a plumbing leak. Damon was great and immediately identified the problem. He said it was a clogged air conditioning condenser drain. Mitchell came and got it unclogged and even gave me some preventative maintenance tips. Team Enoch was very knowledgeable, fast service and a good price. read more

We paid exactly what was quoted, and nowadays, that's a win win. The quote included the water heater (and the same brand they were replacing, they are 28 years old). The plumbers arrived to swap one of our water heaters, located in the attic, and the worked hard draining and bringing it down without scratching anything. They installed the new one, and cleaned up everything, we were so happy, we plan to let them swap the one in the garage as well, thanks Team Enoch. read more

Team Enoch is very unprofessional working ethics very bad. I have my aircon unit first repaired then replaced eventually. Original repair cost was $880 after paying the amount came back to me for additional $600 for now they need extra guy. The unit broked and I was told the aircon unit has to be replaced We agreed on $9280 after a discount since problem was not resolved. I paid $500 deposit then before installation team Enoch said now I have to pay $1000 more . Never allow this company to start a job on your aircon team Enoch will increase your agreed amount at the middle of a job so you will have no choice but agree. Very bad working ethics. read more

I have done a little over 3000 company reviews. Team Enoch has surpassed my expectations and is my local go to for AC, Electrical and Plumbing. I have used them for all of these projects. Over the last 3 years they have exceeded my expectations. I know that there is no perfect company. These guys really want to do a good job and look for customer feedback after every project. They will reach out to you if you let them know your expectations were not meet. A good company with fair pricing. If this standard changes I will call them out on it. Keep up the good work Team Enoch!! read more

This is an update to my original review. Team Enoch reached out to me in an effort to both explain the failing and to reschedule the repairs. While I still do not know what happened or why no one called or returned my calls they did repair the trim and all is well that ends well. read more

Customer service with this HVAC company is severely lacking. I hired them to install a new HVAC system along with ductwork, and unfortunately, the installation was done so poorly that I had to pay another company to come out and fix it. The most frustrating part? A month later, they sent out one of their own technicians to inspect the ductwork. He took one look and said, "Whoever installed this did a terrible job -- it needs to be redone." When I informed him that his own company did the installation, he just stared at me blankly with no response. That moment pretty much summed up the entire experience. This wasn't the only issue -- I had several other problems leading up to that point, but this was the final straw. I've given them more chances than I probably should have, but at this point, I can't recommend this company to anyone. Poor workmanship, no follow-through, and absolutely no accountability. Stay away. read more

Subject: Formal Complaint and Request for Reimbursement Due to Property Damage Caused by Team Enoch Technician To Whom It May Concern, On June 17, 2025, my daughter selected Team Enoch for routine air conditioning maintenance at her property after reading your 4.9-star rating on Angie's List. She expected professional and reliable service. On June 18, 2025, your technician Tyler arrived at the residence for the scheduled maintenance. During the visit, Tyler strongly recommended a blowout, which my daughter initially disagreed with, but he insisted it was necessary to prevent future issues. Unfortunately, within a couple of hours of his departure, my daughter received a video message from her tenant at 4:46 PM, showing a leak in the ceiling. She immediately called Team Enoch. A representative informed her that Tyler could not return because he had to pick up his son, and no other technician was available that evening. We were told someone would come the next morning. By the following morning, the situation had worsened. At 8:15 AM on June 19, we called again because the leak had intensified and the ceiling was now cracking. Jess, your representative, stated Tyler would arrive around 8:50 AM. I requested a supervisor to accompany him due to the severe damage. I also sent photos to Jess, who confirmed the issue was documented and said she would instruct Tyler to call a supervisor on site. However, based on the video footage from 9:17 AM, Tyler did not contact a supervisor while on site. In the video, he tells the tenant that the cause of the issue was a faulty installation--specifically, a PVC pipe that had not been glued properly, and that it came loose when he performed the blowout. He stated Dry Force would be sent out for clean-up and that the company owner would discuss insurance coverage with my daughter. We later learned that no such conversation occurred with the owner, nor was any formal plan in place to cover the damages. When we called Team Enoch again, your representative said Dry Force was being dispatched. This gave the impression that your company was taking full responsibility for the restoration. However, later that day, I received a call from Steven, the supervisor, who stated Team Enoch would not cover the damages, blaming the original installer of the unit. I asked whether your technician should have checked all the AC lines before and after doing the blowout, and he responded "No", shifting blame entirely to the installer. I then hired Farms Construction Co., whose technician evaluated the system the same day. He confirmed that a certified technician should have inspected all lines before and after performing a blowout, and that failure to do so directly caused the pipe to loosen and leak, resulting in water damage to the ceiling. I am attaching the following: The video of Taylor's admission Documentation and a repair proposal from Farms Construction Co. totaling $3,140 The original Team Enoch invoice for $305, and the revised bill for $125 (excluding the blowout charge of $180) Given the facts: Your technician failed to properly inspect the AC lines before performing a blowout. The resulting leak caused significant property damage. Your company delayed in addressing the emergency, further worsening the damage. The supervisor refused accountability despite video evidence and a professional third-party assessment. read more

Update: They finally responded after my 1 star review. But they did made good on replacement. The brand new condenser was installed on 11/17/25 without any hitch. We bought a brand new Trane HVAC system from Team Enoch for a little over $14K. They came and installed on September 30 at 7a.m. and finished at 4p.m. There were 2 young men installing the air handler inside our home and 1 young man installing the heat pump outside. When they were assembling the heat pump together, we noticed the spine fin coil that was wrapped around the inside was dented/bent. Pointed it out to the installer and he tried to pull it straight but couldn't. He said it is probably from transport or it was from the mfg. themselves and assured us that it does not affect the system in anyway. Didn't feel easy but had him installed it anyway. On October 19, heard some scraping noise from the heat pump while working on the yard. Takes a look and see that the fan was scraping against the wall when it was running making those scratching noises. Also saw the dented/bent spine fin coil sagged a little more than before. We immediately called Team Enoch addressing the issues and they sent a tech out to inspect. After the tech checked, he said he couldn't find anything wrong. Pointed out the dent and the scrape marks, he said he was sent out to inspect something else and refer us to call back to CS. Called CS and they said they will check on it and will get back to us. On October 20, I got a voicemail message from Team Enoch saying the same thing the installer said and referred me to call the manufacturer Trane to verify if we are feeling uneasy about it. On October 21, called Trane and they wouldn't tell us anything. They told us to call one of their authorized dealers for second opinion. Called one of them company and they said they have to come out to inspect in person and with a charge of $80. We declined. I called Team Enoch immediately repeating all the issues over again after finding that the dented spine fin coil does affect the efficiency and longevity of the system from online searches. She said she will send the message over to the install team and they will get back with us. On October 21, received a text from a Customer Satisfaction Manager asking for feedback on the install team, etc. On October 26, replied to the Customer Satisfaction Manager repeating all the issues and even sent her pictures. She never replied or called back. On October 27, wrote to Team Enoch on their website about the issues. As of October 30, one month in from the installation of the HVAC system, not one person from Team Enoch called, texted, or replied to my email to resolve the issues. Being seniors, we seemed to be an easy target to be taken advantage of. We are ignorant so we have to rely and put our trust in this company to deliver on their expertise and promises. So disappointed and heartbroken that they did not. Just don't know what to do anymore. read more

We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for over one week just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company. read more

Avoid this firm at all cost! Was sold on their pricing through the Costco membership. Sales and Install was great. Then the unit started dumping water into my kitchen and the company claimed it was not their fault. Completely dishonest individuals. read more

Team Enoch was great! They responded to my request to fix my AC that wasn't blowing cold air after hours and were able to send out a technician the next day! I wasn't home but they walked me through the problem and repair over the phone. It was a capacitor that went out. They even had the part on hand and was able to replace it there. Then the tech even gave me advice on how to maintain my AC system better to improve the longevity of the parts. (Wash the outside of the condenser because dirt and dust builds up which causes the capacitor to work extra hard and burnout) Edit: the technician's name was Adrian! read more

Crew was on time, clean and professional. Would recommend for anyone needing to upgrade their system.

The service I requested was installing new water heater tank. I first asked a couple of companies for free estimation. The Team Enoch offered the affordable price (honestly, that was less than half compared to the most highest offer) so I selected them. The installation was done by Joshua at Team Enoch. He was very good guy and, the installation was not straight forward, though, I was happy with the service. If I will have another project asking plumber's service, I probably choose Team Enoch again. I strongly recommend this good company. read more

7/16/25 ..I requested from Angi inquiring on ac repair/replacement. I was reached by TEAM ENOCH 2 reps. by email regarding their services. I was informed by one hw they can beat the competition price by 30-40%. I was intrigued so I continue to explain in detail my dilemma and which the 2nd rep was responding. She requested for info. which I provided again in detail. 3-4 days past no response, I reached out and left messages with their team member and still no response. I called again and the message was sent a Miles which he initially contacted me through text. He stated he was the owner and if i had been contacted by this number ..I said yes. So. He called and I begin to explain the service I was receiving from his to female reps. I explain to him I was just needing installation and freon charge. I have everything to install. He began questioning, how I obtained this, send pics of model/serial no. I began to feel as if he thinking I was doing something illegal. I provided him all the info he requested. Provided pics, the dimensions of old/ new systems how they reference each other etc. Everything that would make this a smooth installation. Then he text me to provided pics of my ac unit from different angles at a distance? I did it....3 days past no call, no text, no response. If this is how this company in the Houston market treat possible client. I would HIGHLY recommend not to use their services. Ft Worth headquarters may need to evaluate and monitor how they're being represented... So. I went with another contractor (MASTER CONFORT AC & HEATING) who listens , knew what I'm trying to achieve.installed it with precision and very professional. Awesome service. read more

I highly recommend Team Enoch! As part of our spring HVAC maintenance with another company, a leak was identified in our evaporator coil. We received quotes and feedback from multiple companies. Not only was Team Enoch very competitive on price, but their responsiveness and service quality/guarantees were topnotch. Special thanks to Cameron who was a great partner in this project. Too often home service needs are met with overly aggressive pricing and lack of customer care - the opposite is true of Team Enoch. We will seek to work with them on future projects. read more

I was a little nervous looking for a reputable electric company to install my new Tesla Wall Charger. I heard horror stories about the wrong wire and breakers being used and possible fire hazards. I found Team Enoch on yelp and found that they have done a lot of Tesla chargers and are "Tesla Approved" for these wall charger installations. Their price was very fair compared to other's quotes. They showed up on time and got to work immediately. The gentleman brought the exact wire and breaker Tesla calls for. The charger had to be installed about 60 ft from my breaker box. After he completed the job, he walked me through hooking my charger up to my home wifi, and was very knowledgeable on it. I was very impressed with Team Enoch. I HIGHLY Recommend them! read more

Team Enoch is a top-notch AC company. James visited my home and complete a review of my newly installed dual system. I refused to have the AC company back to my house Royal Air that installed the systems. This was because of the dozens of bad reviews 1.6 on Yelp. Jame was very professional and honest in their assessment. Their service charge was half what Royal Air was going to charge. It hard to find a company these days that will be honest and have the respect to the customer they are serving. I will be signing up for their yearly package on preventive maintenance. TL;DR This company will just ghost you if they don't want the job I hired Team Enoch twice, once to do a tune up on my furnace and then again to repair a drain. I was happy with the service provided. While one of the techs was here i described a mini split AC project I was considering and asked if it was something Enoch could help with. I was told yeah we do stuff like that sometimes. So a month later the equipment I described arrives and I give Enoch a call. The project was largely electrical. The guy that I spoke with wanted more information to estimate it. I sent over the documentation that came with the mini split. And that was it, end of interaction. There was no follow up or further response. Weird way of expressing we're not interested, but effective. I got it installed by somebody else. I had one more project come up last week Monday with a heat pump hot water heater. The estimator said, I'll send you a text and then you can send me some pictures. I spoke with him yesterday around this time and he said he'd call back "either yet today or tomorrow morning at the latest." The text never came. I hired somebody else to move my hot water heater location from the attic to the garage. Kept four guys from Cody & Sons busy all day. Grow a pair and just tell the customer directly you're not interested if you're going to pass. read more

I had the best experience with Team Enoch! They saved me so much money on my AC units I had installed! I had a Rheem unit and a Goodman unit installed about 8 months apart. They were so professional and it was such a relief to find people I can trust. I had been through some bad experiences with the contractors that home shield sent me. I learned my lesson that those home warranty places end up costing you significantly more money. I also had an issue with AIR FLOW. I didn't know what a damper was. I had a room that was not cooling much upstairs and one room upstairs that was cold. I called them and they installed 5 dampers and adjusted the airflow for me. It was half the price of the other company. In addition, they gave me suggestions on a new thermostat that would help with one of my units. I appreciate the expertise and the savings on using team enoch for my AC needs. I will never use anyone else and will tell everyone about my experiences. Thank you all. Nothing but issues since install. Sent someone out and they could never find anything wrong with the system. Said the thermostats were in the wrong setting. I then no longer lived at the property full time. Went back and yet again, no AC - another tech came out and said that I had a dual zone system and the dampers must be stuck closed. He checked and said they were open and system was working, moved thermostats. Now of course right after he left, it became summer. Same issue. Went ahead and called another AC company for a second opinion. They found that the dual zoned system was actually completely taken out and there was now just a one zoned system for a 2 story home. I called Team Enoch back, asked them why they would do that. They could not give me a reason. I asked them to make it right by putting back the dual zoned system. So they quoted me a new bill and took off like $500..... for something they did! So I ended up going with the other company. Did not have any issues. Now of course since labor warranty is expired a year later.... Evaporator is freezing up and again - no AC. Would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. Scam scam scam, they do not install correctly and remove systems that you had in place without letting you know - which will cost you over $2k to replace further down the road. Have a "well that's your problem" attitude on every phone call or should have bought the extended labor warranty. A few other things to mention. Plenum was not correct size and should have been recommended to be replaced. Instead they just tapped it and glued it to fit to new unit, causing air flow issues. Installed the furnace at angle, so drain pan is not level and could lead to potential leaks, smashed a lot of the duct work, and bent other components attached to unit. It's been a nightmare to say the least and do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. read more

Team Enoch has been my go to home services vendor for years. They have touched, repaired or replaced almost every system in my property - licensed electrical, roof replacement, structural fixes, HVAC replacement and repairs/maintenance, painting, the list goes on. They are amazing - professional and responsive, and just reasonable people and business to deal with. I've spoken and met with Miles, the owner and the level of hospitality and grace he has shown me is frankly ridiculous. All of his team that I've interacted with, Seth, Cameron, Danny, have all been a pleasure to work with. They explain everything and dumb it down to non professional lingo so I understand everything. The value proposition is also unmatched. I end up with Team Enoch a lot, but that doesn't mean I don't quote our multiple bids with multiple providers. Team Enoch isn't always the lowest bid, but to be honest the cheapest bids are sometimes suspect. And knowing that Team Enoch will get the job done right - is worth the price 100x over! A previous company (Dallas Plumbing Air Pros, LLC) came last Thurs., replacing a capacitor with our less than 3 yr. old Carrier AC, which was not maintaining a set temp. This was $383. He claimed it was fixed, yet the temperature only dropped under 80 degrees late night. So, Sat. the same co. sent another tech, who claimed we needed a new compressor, estimating $3,651 with the part under warranty. This tech did not reconnect the AC unit, leaving us to spend the night in extreme heat without realizing why we had such hot air. After calls to multiple companies, only Cameron with TEAM ENOCH would provide a professional detailed estimate, which was about $1,800 under what the other co. charged. So, today Justin (with Enoch) diagnosed our AC this morning, he did a full diagnostic, completing wire repair and adding 2 lbs. of 410A charging our unit. Justin was prepared to replace our compressor, yet thankfully was very honest. Justin was very knowledgeable, and everything was discussed thoroughly. His invoice was detailed, as well. Instead of spending $3,651, Enoch charged us $380. We are so impressed with TEAM ENOCH's values and integrity! read more
