Hello wonderful people of Yelpsville. Once again the spector of hades looms menacingly over the…read moredeep, hot south. Okay, so it's just the sun, and the sun is awesome :o) My starter home is where my eldest son resides. We built that pup in 1995 and the OG Hvac was still kicking. But, it finally succumbed to its mortality. WTD? Come to you great people of Yelp. The way I see it, if an hvac company is worth it, they've installed a unit in a home the same spec as mine before, so you don't need to send high pressured salespeople or a tech to give me the run around. Act like you are experts, professionals and look my home up on google, redfin, zillow. You should know what fits that home without ever coming out, or you aren't in the right business. Cameron from Team Enoch spoke to me on the phone. I sent him pics from my ladder to the attic where the air handler eeks out a living, and one of the manufacturers placard. I did same with the outside unit. Cameron was familiar with the system I had, mapde a few suggestions of different units they sell. I had a couple other prices from two others, one a family connect, the plug. Cameron even hooked me up with available 0% financing. Didn't use it because Chase Freedom offered 0% with two fitty cash back after spending $1500 first 3 mos. Boom, gottem. I was given a start time, the technicians, Alec and Alex arrived spot on the dime when they said they'd be there. No waiting. They took me through the process, explained everything in detail, then got right to work, no dilly, no dally. I was told how long the service would take, and they finished on time. These guys are as OCD as I am. The install was better than the original installation in 1995, brand new. Every line, crisp, every wire, tied and straight. I was military so everything has to be dressed right dress. It is. You can tell when the people providing a service care to get every detail with a high level of respect for every cent you're spending. Team Enoch even cleans up behind themselves. They respect your home. I just settled my bill, and it was truly my pleasure to pay for this. I honestly know I got more value for my moolah. Thanks to everyone on Yelp as well. Your reviews truly blessed me, and saved me from what would have been a difficult decision. Thanks Team Enoch.

I have had 2 service calls since they were installed on August 13 because my house was 93 degrees inside I paid 13,280 dollars for the worst possible service ever. Seal was one of several companies I contacted and was the first to get back to me. They asked several questions and listened to what I had to say on the phone and assured me they could likely solve my A/C problems at a much more reasonable rate. Once they made it out to my place, they didn't try to push me on the most expensive, brand name units. Secondly, while the other competitor said I needed to replace both the upper A/C unit in my attic and the lower unit on the side of my house, Seal confirmed the lower unit was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced since it was only installed six years ago. Long story short, they were able to replace the entire upper unit while saving me thousands! They also completed the work quickly and professionally. My house is blowing cold air again and I can't wait to see the energy savings in the summer. Overall, Seal is honest, hard-working and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for A/C repair in Dallas-Fort Worth.

We became acquainted with Fort Worth Air Conditioner Company approximately three years ago after…read moreanother company had come to provide an estimate of the cost for repairing our very old unit. The other company quoted a large amount of money for the repairs. When Sonny and his staff evaluated the situation, it was determined that some of the repairs quoted by the previous company were not necessary at that time. Thus, the quote provided to us by Sonny and his staff was significantly lower. Each year going forward, Sonny provided the service for our very old unit. Going forward to December, 2019, the life cycle of the old unit was rapidly coming to an end. Since we like to browse what competitors offer, we secured two quotes from competitors. We were not pleased with the price, clarity of the details, and professionalism of the presenters. Therefore, we called Sonny to come and provide an assessment of the problems with our old unit. It was verified that the life cycle of our old unit was coming to an end. So, we requested that Sonny provide us his quote. We decided to accept the quote from Fort Worth Air Conditioner Company for the following reasons: * The amount of money quoted for the job and unit was less; * The seer grade is higher than the offer from competitors; * The patience of the presenter; * A professional attitude; * Most of all, the presenter did not leave us with the feeling of coercion, or pressure. In conclusion, we will continue to utilize Fort Worth Air Conditioner Company to provide the periodic service for our new unit. We recommend this company without reservations to our family and friends.

He does all the tech evaluation, assesses the problem and fixes on site unless it needs equipment that needs to be ordered and replaced. Cory checked in three times today, once in person. I recommend highly and plan on using them going forward. If I could rate 6 stars, I would.
