I moved into an apartment complex with a brand new system installed from this company and it has only worked 4 out of 45 days! They told the complex that I didn't know how to adjust the thermastat? I have been adjusting thermastats since your mother was in diapers. It's 90' outside and 87' inside again! Tomorrow is Friday and I'll bet they don't show up till Monday! my igniter went out on my furnace over the weekend. The technician called and with their weekend fixed visit fee (which was highest of the 5 24hr companies i called) and their crazy per 15 min labor rate and the igniter he quoted me around 600 dollars. the part is around 20 dollars and goes on with one screw. ive changed one in 3 minutes. The company i ended up going with did it for 175. They have a lot of good reviews because I am sure they probably do great work but i will not do business with someone that tries to take advantage of you when you have a failure at an inoppertune time. read more

I have had nothing but problems with a recent warranty appointment. Made the appointment weeks in advance for an afternoon on a Wednesday. I took leave for this appointment. They called the day before the appointment and left a message saying it was an AM appointment. I called and spoke with the operator making him aware of the issue with the time frame. He said he noted it for the dispatcher and technician. The next morning I received a call at 730 (after I had been at work for two hours) saying the technician was on their way. I explained again that I had an afternoon appointment and was not home. She asked if I could be home around 11 and she would change the technicians schedule. I left work even earlier than expected and was at home at 11. By 5 pm I hadn't seen anyone so I reached out again and was told I was next in line for the technician. I waited until 830 pm with no call and no show, before taking a shower and heading to bed. I received confirmation the following day that they would be out Friday after 3 which I said I would be available. I received a call Friday morning at 10 am saying the technician was on their way. I explained I was at work and once again explained I had an afternoon appointment. They said once again that they'd changed the schedule. My warranty manager even confirmed the appointment once again I took off work and was home at 3. I waited til 615 before giving them a call and was told I was next in line. At 8 pm I received a call letting me know the technician is at capacity and will not be able to make it. That they could put me on the emergency list for the next day (Saturday) but that I will need to remain home and stay by the phone in the event the technician is able to come. It is still a big MAYBE. I am so over getting the run around and burning leave for no shows. In total so far this week I have waited 14 hours. That is not how you treat customers. read more

We received great service from MCS, who came to my house because my AC unit was not cooling. The technicians were very professional and knew exactly what they needed to do to fix the issue. Trustworthy, courteous, prompt. Excellent service. Kept us informed throughout the situation. Downstairs unit went out ofter 18 years. Received an estimate to completely replace it...price was so good, inquired about doing the upstairs at the same time. Had BOTH done. Roel (owner) was very courteous and answered all my questions and concerns. He stopped by multiple times during the process and ensured that his guys were careful and cleaned up after themselves. I really want to say Thank you Roel & Omar the Tech guy, you both were very professional in my time in need. I fired the first crew from another company who made me feel like I was buying a car, they just wanted to up sell me a new unit that they install in the first place from the previous home owner. The unit is 7 years old.... Omar the Tech explained everything in detail what my options were and price before starting. After checking the unit all I needed was a couple of sequence relays, We did discuss changing the circuit board because of obvious burnt marks.
