I just had Aura Duct Care clean my dryer vent, and they exceeded all expectations! Ted arrived a few minutes before the agreed upon time (that's a first for me hiring a pro), explained the process clearly, and worked without cutting corners. After he finished, he showed me the before-and-after photos on his phone, and the difference was pretty self explanatory. My dryer was running fine before the service, but Ted cleaned the inside lint duct and filter anyways and I'm sure it will work better now. Just to give you some context of the work Ted did, he moved the dryer out of the way, vacuumed and cleaned the duct from inside and then vacuumed and cleaned the dryer pipe from the outside, a lot of work for a fair price. If you're looking for reliable, high-quality service, I highly recommend Aura Duct Care and Ted. read more

My parents' house needed full maintenance and I was struggling when it came to ducts, because most HVAC companies don't offer cleaning services. My friend used Aura Duct Care recently and suggested me to get these guys as they are real professionals and know what they do. I contacted Aura Duct Care via Yelp and ask them for their rates. Arial responded within a few minutes and explained everything in one message ( not like other companies saying "we need to take a look first", "depends on condition", "take pictures for us" etc.). They have affordable and competitive rates, they don't charge you those fake fees like "second floor fee", "apartment complex fee", "big furnace fee". I called them next day and scheduled an appointment. On the day of my appointment Eddy and Akyl showed up on time wearing masks, gloves and shoe covers (still COVID times). Also they had sent a text message saying they were on the way and their ETA. They had big professional equipment to clean our ducts. First they checked our ducts and told us what kind of brush they would use so it won't damage the ducts. It took them only 2-3 hours to finish the job, because they knew what they were doing and they were working nonstop. After the job they made sure everything is left clean and neat. I loved the service by Aura Duct Care, because: -they have professional equipment -they make sure to do a cleaning the right way -they don't leave dust and dirt after the job -nice and friendly technicians -easy to reach the office to discuss the job -affordable prices I highly recommend this company if you need to get air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, appliance repair. I got following jobs done: full house ducts cleaning, furnace cleaning, air ducts disinfection, dryer vent cleaning, dryer and washer maintenance read more

I used the YELP request to get quotes, these guys were fast and the only "flat rate" price I got. It was a great price and I was scheduled fast. Two young professionals showed up, polite, quick and efficient. They had a power house machine and hit both side, not long later and I was back to normal time laundry. II will use them again and recommend them as a fast and honest option. read more

Ted and Ama did a great job cleaning my vents! They were very helpful, efficient, and informative. A few days ago, I had another HVAC company come and inspect my vents to quote me a price. It was clear that the other company was trying to overcharge me. I was happy that I hired Aura Duct Care at the end of the day. It's not easy finding reliable, trustworthy, and professional help these. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone. read more

My family has allergies and has a lot of dust and debris from the renovation of my home. So I asked Aura Duct Care sent Edil and Ilim to access and confirm my request and confirmed the overall time it will take to complete the job and confirmed the cost. Edil and Ilim arrived on time and called 20 minutes before arrival. Edil and Ilim arrived at around 11:30 AM and helped provide an estimate on the 8 air conditioning ducts, 1 return, 2 bathroom vents, and 1 dry duct. It took both about 90 minutes to clean and sanitize the air conditioning and dryer ducts and bathroom vent ducting, The results were thorough and very clean Edil and Ilim were as very professional, friendlly, and did an amazing job. I will use them again. Thank you. read more

Thank u Aura Duct care! Got my dryer working again. The reason our clothes wasn't drying at all was due to lint built up & moisture behind the walls. It can also be a hazardous issue as well. I'd rather get it done professionally because I feel like our outside vent & distance from the dryer machine is lengthy. Plus I wanted it done right. Their prices are very reasonable. Definitely will be a returning customer! read more

After my sister had her dryer catch on fire due to too much dryer lint in the duct, I was inspired to clean out the dryer duct in my condo unit. Things were drying fine, but it's kind of an older building and with two kids, why chance it. Eddie and his team gave a great price, showed up on time ( early even!!), were super friendly, worked fast, and cleaned up everything afterwards. I'm so glad I called them. They filled their vacuum twice there was so much lint! If you haven't done it in the last year or two, definitely consider hiring Aura Duct Care to come clear our those clogged fire hazard ducts!! read more

They were on time and did a fabulous job! We had them do our dryer and vents. Thank you Aura Duct Care.

We have been trying to get our dryer vents cleaned for over two years. We had lots of other companies say they could and then get here and abandon the job. We live with our W/D on the third floor in a closet and the space is TIGHT to say the least. Aura Duct Care quoted the job and even after explaining upfront the challenges to getting to the duct they said they could be there in two days. When they showed up the staff was friendly and ready to go. They saw the situation and told us it would be no problem. They did a full clean of our duct to the exterior of our house and then took our dyer and got all of the interior ready to go. Our dryer is now as efficient as it was the day it was installed. The price was perfect, incredibly reasonable for the effort it took to get everything to the third floor. I would use them again for many years to come. read more

Ted came the same day I called and squeezed me in after hearing my dryer nightmare of drying times for a load being 6 hours. 3 years ago my landlord had the dryer ducts cleaned and remember seeing the worker just vacuum the lint from the duct with a huge hose and my dryer was still not drying. I just dealt with my unlucky hand and was told something was wrong with the vent structure. Well I gave in and attempted to get the problem fixed again. I called various duct companies for availability and pricing. Ted was able to come the same day and at a decent price. I saw him bring up a tiny hose and heard he vacuuming the duct. Then I saw him go outside pull out his ladder and climbed the roof. Then he asked for access to the attic as he needed to vacuum the duct there as well. I live in a condo and have never been in that small attic with a small access entry way. I heard him up there vacuuming as well. In less than 90 mins he showed me the culprit. A split duct in the attic. The previous company never checked that. So for the last 3 years the dryer has been exhausting in the attic. Ted patched the broken duct like a surgeon and cleaned out 3 years of lint in the duct and the back of the dryer, and made sure the dryer duct was passing the hot air through the roof. Ted was thorough, efficient, and quick. The end result screamed 110% quality work. I was so grateful. The first full full load we put in the dryer finished drying in 40 mins compared to a previous 6hrs I am so grateful for Ted and his family owned company. Ted most likely saved my family from a fire hazard. Thank you Ted!!! read more

A family owned and operated business. Excellent, honest and clean service. I used my 10% off new customer discount to get my dryer duct cleaned out. I would use them again. They didn't try to up-sell me, just gave me an honest assessment on my home's air ducts and said I didn't need that service yet. Thank you to Ted and his brother. They make a great team. They answered my inquiries quickly by phone and text. It didn't take long at all, pretty painless to go through. I'd never had anything like this done before. They were amazed my dryer and house ducts were so clean since living here 15 years and never having had it done before. Yay! I can sleep easier now. read more

Got a quote thru Yelp, it was fast and easy. Appreciate the flat rate. Other quotes came with a minimum and some dollar amount for every feet thereafter. For a straightforward job like this, a flat rate makes sense. Eddie and Ted were courteous, knowledgeable and on time. We also got a quote for air duct cleaning at the end, which is helpful for when we want to do that. Thanks Aura! read more

Wow! After three weeks of going back and forth trying to get someone who would go into the attic and clean out the dryer vent, I finally stumbled on Aura. All I can say is wow, I was amazed at how quickly they came out, the professionalism they showed, and how quickly they got the job done. Etat, the tech arrived promptly, was well-equipped, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond his duties. The amount of lint and debris found in the vents was unbelievable, I don't think the vents had ever been cleaned before. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants good value, who doesn't want to be ripped off by those who claim to know what they are doing and don't, and who does their job to perfection. Eddie and Ted arrive at the house a bit later that scheduled but they called 30mins prior to the appointment letting me know they were going to be late. First let me point out everyone can have delays, job taking longer than expected, traffic, whatever the reason delays happen. What doesn't often happen is a phone call prior to the appointment time. To me this is a distinction between great and average service. Most times I get a call from a business at the expected time of arrival letting me of a delay. Aura was fantastic at communicating and that was excellent in my opinion. So the two gentlemen arrive in covid proper attire even though it's not mandatory any longer in California if being vaccinated. I appreciated they were courteous and wore the safety gear. Once identified themselves I invited them in to the house and they put on shoe coverings. They asked to see the house and explained how they were going to approach the work and they went to work. The were fast and very clean workers. I noticed they made sure to place furniture back how it was found and paid special attention to the surrounding areas. They explained what was found and no surprise "up-charges" were brought up. The guys finished up showed me a few before and after pictures. To my amazement the ducts were dirtier than I thought. The after pictures made me feel so much better knowing the temperature will get hot and I will be using my A/C soon. The guys were very well mannered and respectful of our home. Thank you Aura for the great service and more than reasonable price. I will be reaching out annually for a cleaning. They also offered to clean my dryer vent too. Great service, great communication, and terrific work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Aura duct cleaning. You'll be happy you gave them a call. read more
