Timely, knowledgeable and did a good job with inspecting and cleaning our chimney. Note: he does not get on the roof to inspect the exterior of chimney. The one thing that disappointed us was that he did not protect some of our white and light surfaces around the fireplace surround and hearth from soot debris. He was actually about 10 minutes early, wiped his shoes off at the door even though I didn't ask, walked right in & got his equipment set up.
