Throughout the process, I received multiple commitments on timing that were not met, and many messages and follow-up requests went unanswered. Communication remained inconsistent even after the owner became involved. I understand that schedules can be busy, but clear communication and follow-through are essential. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. When a company cannot reliably provide an estimate or respond to basic inquiries, it raises concerns about how they would manage a larger project. There are many quality contractors who value their customers' time and work hard to earn their business. Based on my experience, HBR did not meet those expectations.

After he finished, he showed me the before-and-after photos on his phone, and the difference was pretty self explanatory. My dryer was running fine before the service, but Ted cleaned the inside lint duct and filter anyways and I'm sure it will work better now. Just to give you some context of the work Ted did, he moved the dryer out of the way, vacuumed and cleaned the duct from inside and then vacuumed and cleaned the dryer pipe from the outside, a lot of work for a fair price.
