He sent over someone to measure and complete the order. They always call to verify their appointment and also give you a heads up when they are about 30 minutes out. Gabriel came out and did an inspection and found that the Fireplace had not been installed correctly and if we used it there's a good chance we could burn the house down. I thought it was extremism and did some research. I was able to confirm that what he showed us on the inspection camera was indeed VERY incorrect (the flue pipes were screwed together) and it could burn the house down. We decided to replace the Fireplace. Gabriel and Cayden worked with us through the entire design and installation. Cayden even offered to meet us at stone yards to help pick out Granite! What company does that?! Masters Services does!! Cayden and Gabriel were very responsive to my exhaustive questions and concerns. We're thinking about renovating our kitchen next and we WILL be using Masters Services for that job too!
