All this while pushing through our demanding timeline as we were in a hurry to sell the house. Thank you!

I was expected to know nearly everything about the position, which made me feel uncomfortable and inadequate rather than supported as a candidate. Additionally, I was not given a clear understanding of the training process, and it seemed that the company expected candidates to already have extensive knowledge of the position without providing adequate training. I believe the interview process could be improved by communicating expectations in advance and providing proper training for new employees.

Everything was great up until the point I told him his quote was much higher than the 4 other vendors I had contacted prior to him. Once i told him we were going with another vendor he kind of hounded with me questions about the other quotes. Which OK, if that's all it was I wouldn't have bothered writing this review. But that's not where it ended. He then proceeded to tell me what i need to make sure to check for in a roofing company because if the prices were lower than his they must be an uninsured company with no English speaking person on the job. Yeah.... What???? I know, you can't believe it either right? PS Joe I speak Spanish pretty well as do a considerable amount of people in Texas. Then when I expressed offense at his insinuation he knew better than I do how to search for my own vendors he told me to be offended all I want he is going to advocate for his customers. I did not ask for an advocate sir I asked for a bid and since I did not accept your bid I am not your customer. The end. I realize I am a woman doing men's business and that confuses people but this behavior is just plain unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone who doesn't want to work with questionably racist people who think they know better than you.

David and ARS are phenomenal…read more After a hail storm came through and damaged my roof, garage door, and several other pieces of my home, I called him, and he and his team were out to help get started on stuff within a week. He was able to function perfectly as a general contractor -- he has connections everywhere to cover every single thing that you could possibly need done, and he handles it all. He also was able to guide me through the insurance process, including when my adjuster was being difficult (but that's another story). In any case, no matter what work you need done on your home, I would highly recommend you contact David and ARS to get it done. 3 months later, I still hear some of my neighbors getting their roofs repaired, and as far as I can tell, they're not doing as good of a job. His crew was fast, efficient, and respectful. I'm not sure what other great things I can say about ARS. There were literally no negatives in this experience for me, which is rare -- I love to provide a balanced review, but in this case I literally can't think of a downside to calling him.

They left their lunch in opened trash bags for my dogs to discover. My side trees were cut down 6ft without consultation and some of the cuts were not clean, but ripped off. I was constantly picking up screws, nails, paint chips and somehow they got paint in the dogs water bowl. Sloppy work, they dripped white paint on a black rug, and got paint on my back windows. They removed a piece of outside wood exposing the attic and did not cover it up until days later, after I had to notice it and call Bob.
