He was able to fix everything efficiently and took the time to walk us through how it all works, making sure we knew how to test and use it properly before he left. We received several quotes from other companies, and this was by far the most fair and reasonable pricing. On top of that, the quality of work exceeded our expectations. They also offer a one-year warranty, which gave us extra peace of mind. The entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish. It's clear Torrance is a highly skilled professional, and the company as a whole is very easy to work with. We'll absolutely use them again and would confidently recommend them to anyone needing chimney or fireplace services!

I suppose you can buy similar doors at other places but these folks are so easy to work with and know what they are doing. Steve at the shop looked up my first order on the phone and took a deposit. He sent over someone to measure and complete the order. They always call to verify their appointment and also give you a heads up when they are about 30 minutes out. The installers are professional, neat and polite. Everyone we encountered on both purchases has been a pleasure to work with!

It seems harder these days to find a company that actually wants to accept your paying them to do the job they are in business for. Throughout the process, I received multiple commitments on timing that were not met, and many messages and follow-up requests went unanswered. Communication remained inconsistent even after the owner became involved. I understand that schedules can be busy, but clear communication and follow-through are essential. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. When a company cannot reliably provide an estimate or respond to basic inquiries, it raises concerns about how they would manage a larger project. There are many quality contractors who value their customers' time and work hard to earn their business. Based on my experience, HBR did not meet those expectations.
