I reached out to the technician and original contact two weeks after the service (we've changed air filters, house cleaned, etc) about the significant dust issues we were still having in our bedroom. No response from either person. Disappointing after paying $1500 and still struggling with the dust.. To note, the cleanup process was also rough after the service as there was dust and debris all over. Had to have house fully cleaned by a cleaner. Main complaint and reason for the 3 stars is the non-response after the job was completed.
