After Isaac arrived to inspect our chimney inside our fireplace, in the attic and on top of our roof, he determined everything looked securely connected with no issues. He determined since it was so cold and the heat from having the fireplace on was only expansion noises. We felt very comfortable with him showing us that everything was still in place and we had no problem moving forward. He was very, professional and reassuring that we will definitely use him again for any future issues. I reached out to the technician and original contact two weeks after the service (we've changed air filters, house cleaned, etc) about the significant dust issues we were still having in our bedroom. To note, the cleanup process was also rough after the service as there was dust and debris all over. Had to have house fully cleaned by a cleaner.
