I called about a week ago and the first available appointment was today. Cameron (owners son) arrived promptly exactly at 8:00 am today literally on the dot which I was impressed by. He completed three rooms, my loft area and a set of stairs all within about an hour which I was also impressed with. The fresh clean perfuming smell wafting from upstairs makes me oh so happy...it's the little things I love! I bought my house brand new two years ago however the walkway and collected dust left my carpet feeling sad :0( Now he is happy! Fast efficient and at a decent price! Hire them! read more

10/10 experience! Cam went above & beyond for us and I'll definitely be using this company again. I HIGHLY recommend!

Absolutely incredible customer service. Everyone from Kylie answering phones, to Conner the technician and Sean the owner were top notch. This is also a Veteran owned company, which made me even happier to know my money was going to someone who served. Highly recommend read more

BEWARE! I never complain, but this one goes all too far. I first had them out to clean carpet. They couldn't get a stain out which I was able to remove withe a basic cleaner from Home Depot. There was a smell of cat urine in my closet (my son's cat was here for a few weeks and must of got in there), I called to see if they could come back out, I was told that once it fully dried, the smell should reduce. Odd answer. They were also scheduled a few days after for a 9 hour deep clean. I was not home when they said they completed service. When I returned (myself and my dog are the only ones that live here), and absolutely nothing was done. I called, provided pictures of over 10 places in the house that clearly showed I was not just being that "missed a spot" kind of person. I received nothing but push back saying the people who were here have been with them for over 10 years, etc. so couldn't be their fault. They offered to come re-clean and do it for free. Clean was not done in the first place and it wouldn't be free as I already paid and they refused to refund. Shawn told me I could sue him as he had been before and came out successful. No one sues for $500. That's ridiculous and he is aware and is taking advantage. I have filed dispute with my bank, and will post pics where I can to show proof of ridiculousness. ZERO STARS - FRAUD read more

I heard a lot about Genesis Carpet cleaning and decided to book to have some of my rooms done. I went through the online store and it was easy to use and well priced. I expected to get my money's worth and I did. And then some! I must say it was one of the best experiences from a carpet cleaning perspective I've had. Not only were they on time, they were courteous knowledgeable and caring through the entire process. They far and away went above and beyond my expectations and the extra mile to make sure things were done the right way. Support local businesses and support Genesis Carpet Cleaning. read more

I am SO using these guys again! Richard and his dad (also named Richard) did an excellent job on our carpets and sectional. We have two big dogs, and they really spent the time to spot treat and go over all the problem areas, and were diligent about getting to all the hair and grime. Will definitely use them again, and without hesitation will refer my friends/family to them when they need their carpets cleaned, too. I get so excited when I find a reliable, friendly, professional company who does an excellent job at what they do (which is harder and harder to come by these days). So when I come across a really good one like this, I want to shout it from the rooftops! :) Seriously, though, they were great, and their prices are totally reasonable and far less than the "big guys" like Dalworth, Stanley, etc. Thanks Genesis. My house looks so pretty now! read more

Needed my three bedrooms, closets and bathrooms cleaned so I called Genesis since they have always done a great job. Richard showed up on time and got the job done. The job was done extremely well and it smells good to. Thank you read more

Had nothing but raving greatness about this awesome company!. He's local in Mckinney and didn't have to wait for him coming from Dallas.Richard called me to ask and come over 30 minutes early. Yes please!! They were in and out in less than 45 minutes and sparkled my carpets. My allergies have calmed down at home since the cleaning. I liked the most that I was able to use the straightforward a-la-cart options to meet the $84 minimum while ordering online and able to pay online too. Once at my house there was no pressure of haggling and harassing for up-selling his business as former carpet cleaners has done to me. A must recommend for your carpet cleaning. Thank you!! read more

The carpet in my house is 15 years old and has flooded 3 times, but replacing it is not an option at this time. They were super stinky and unsanitary. Sean came and worked miracles!!! Not only is the odor gone, but you can see the original color of the carpet! Sean went above and beyond to help me. Not only is he a knowledgeable, skilled professional, but he is a wonderful person. I will only use Genesis Carpet Cleaning from now on. read more

I had a great experience with this carpet cleaning company! They arrived right on time and got started, and within an hour and a half they were done. I had four rooms cleaned, with a pet treatment, and my carpets look and smell like new even though I waited three years to get them cleaned. I also liked the booking system--I paid online and chose my time slot, and then the business sent me a Google invite to accept and a follow-up reminder as well. And as an added bonus, Gensis was considerably less expensive than the other companies I considered. I will definitely use them again when it comes time to clean my carpets. They were also very friendly! read more

They called ahead to see if they could come early, did a fantastic job, and were very reasonably priced. They did not try to upsell, and were very professional. I highly recommend Genesis, and will definitely use them again. read more

Absolutely the best carpet cleaning service in the area. I have used Richard several times over the past few years and he has yet to fail to deliver. He does a through job and makes sure that the carpets look brand new before he leaves each time. Not to mention the customer service he provides; it is out of this world. He has never not showed and the cost of service is incredible. You can't beat Genisis Carpet Cleaning services. Thank you Richard! read more

I was worried about paying in advance, but it was great. It was easy to pick a time and the items I needed. They arrived on time and did a great job. I will definately use them again. read more

We highly recommend Genesis! They cleaned our carpets today, and couldn't be happier. We were able to select the areas to clean, pay, and schedule our appointment through their website. Richard and his team showed up on time, did a great job, and focused on the trouble spots we pointed out. read more

Fabulous on time and great job super nice will for sure use again!

Brilliant! What other carpet company lets you purchase the rooms you want cleaned on line, pay on line and then no up selling when they get here? What a great idea. I would definitely recommend. The carpets came out great. read more

AMAZING! Moving to Dallas from Chicago with a toddler to a home with pet urinated carpets, we knew we had to get our carpets cleaned asap! I called around for quotes and was priced $300-$500 for our entire 2nd floor. Some companies wanted to charge pet stain treatment PER ROOM! I found Genesis and was intitially a little skeptical of buying and scheduling a carpet cleaning service online without speaking to anyone. Well, we gave it a go. Paid under $250 for our whole upstairs for clean, sanitize and pet stain. The guys showed up early, with smiles and a readiness to work. After seeing our bonus room was filled with boxes, and it didn't make sense to clean at the time....the guys were completely willing to exchange our bonus room for dining/living room combo for an even swap. No upsell, and they even did extra than what I had purchased. Not to mention, they also gave me many home referrals such as contractor and handy man. In the end, my white carpet couldn't be cleaner, my house couldn't smell nicer and my carpets were dry that evening. Can't wait to use these guys again. read more

Wow! The gentlemen at Genesis did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. With one dog and 2 boys, our 10+ year old family room carpet was trashed. After the cleaning today, our family room carpet is cleaner than is has been in a long time. We have used several other larger companies in the past and never had such great results. Richard and his father were polite and personable, and the drying time was only a few hours even on a humid day. We are Genesis customers for the long haul now!! read more

Loved the online set up and they were on time and efficient. My dog puked play doh on the carpet the day before and it came out no problem. These guys are great! Very professional. read more

Great experience, we prepaid online and got all of our carpeted areas for under $100 dollars. No pop up additional charges. They showed up on time, which after having contractors constantly showing up late over the past few weeks, that was refreshing! The carpets looked great after they were done. Richard was professional and courteous. We will refer them to others for sure! read more

We had a leak from an outside faucet that flooded a bedroom. I called Richard, (who came recommended from another carpet cleaning company) at 4:30 pm and he rushed over to assess the situation. It turns out that he brought good news too! Our walls, baseboards were not water damaged and having to pull the carpet back to run fans, is all that was needed to encourage the drying process. It is so refreshing to know that honest, attentive and knowledgable companies still exist. read more

I appreciated the easy online booking where I could specify exactly what I wanted done, choose my appointment time, and prepay. The professional and courteous team arrived exactly on time and did an excellent job on my carpets. I have 5 kids, 4 cats and a dog, and my carpet looks and smells better than I thought it could. I highly recommend this company. read more

We've been using Genesis for years! His prices are great. They are always on time. However, more than anything....the quality of their work shows in how spectacular our carpets look and feel after a cleaning. I was convinced that our carpet needed to be replaced after 10 years, but another cleaning and everyone thinks it's new but it's not! You won't be disappointed! read more

I needed my carpet cleaned in the high traffic areas. Based on some of the reviews I read, I decided to go with Richard and his team from Genesis Carpet Cleaning and all I can say is I made the right decision! They were punctual (they even called an hour before they arrived as I requested), they were professional and courteous, did an outstanding job on my carpets and I couldn't be happier with the price I was charged! Genesis Carpet Cleaning comes highly recommended and I will definitely be using their services in the future. read more
