Masters at their craft! These guys really know what they're doing. This is the fourth time I've use them over the last couple of years and they never cease to amaze me. Between my kids and my dog there have been some stains that I thought would become a permanent part of my home. Poof, like magic they're gone! If they can't get it out nobody can. We have some very expensive carpets and rugs in our house. It is important to me the process they use to clean them will not damage our investments. They use only the highest quality processes available in the carpet cleaning industry. Your carpets are left clean and dry quickly leaving Little to no residue to attract dirt in the future. Very good customer service. Usual home cleaning is minimum ~$169, but I had only one rug, so Dave gave me a discount because their crew was already in the area and had had an appointment rescheduled, so they could work me in. Mike and Chandler were professional, prompt, and answered all our questions. The rug seems to be in good condition after the cleaning. They set up a mat near the door to protect the floor from the cleaner, and they laid down a plastic tarp under the rug to protect the wood flooring underneath. Mike wore covers on his shoes to cross into the interior of the house and for the rest of the time in the house cleaning the rug, but Chandler did not. For a small rug (8x8) it took only about 30-40 minutes. After the cleaning, the rug took about 60-90 minutes to dry. Looks like it's in good condition. If would remove half a star if I could because they didn't address the bottom of the rug, which I told them I was cleaning to put in storage. Obviously when you roll up a rug to store it, the bottom makes contact with the top & they didn't address how to clean the underside of the carpet in such a situation. Not a big deal, but this is their area of expertise. read more

Would not recommend this Chem Dry franchise. I had them clean the carpets of a rental house I own and they were to email me the bill. The owner, Dave, emailed it to me but it went to spam so I did not think I had received it. I called Dave to ask him to resent it and he started yelling at me, saying I was trying to rip him off. He hung up on me and then he called my tenant and told him I was a crook, etc. I had made the mistake of giving him my tenants phone number to set-up the appointment. I called the corporate office to complain since Chem-Drys are franchised and informed them I had every intention of paying but did not appreciate the owner of one of their franchises accusing me of trying to rip him off and bad-mouthing me to my tenant. They apparently called him to put him in his place and I thought it was over but it was not. Dave then sent me an email threatening to sue me for defamation of character because of my complaint on him to the corporate office..... when in fact he is the one that slandered me to my tenant. He sent a copy of the email to his attorney. I called the corporate office again and per their request, I forwarded Dave's threatening email to them and I thought this would put an end to it but it did not as he started making harassing phone calls to me. I had to call the corporate office again to finally get him to stop. Also, they did not get a number of spot stains out of the carpet as had promised. I have used different Chem-Dry franchises in the past for carpet cleaning and have been very happy with their service. If you don't want to possibly go thru the harassment that I went thru then you should avoid this particular franchise. I would advise choosing a different Chem-Dry franchise located in your area. I think the Chem-Dry is a good company because of the great service I received from their corporate office and also because they don't put a lot of water into your capet that is hard to get out; however they unfortunately happen to have a bad owner for this particular franchise. read more

We had an awful stain on our new couch and were concerned that it would not come out. We hired another local company to clean the couch, and their technician was unable to remove the stain. In fact, he made it worse. I called A-abc Chemdry as a last resort, and I'm SO glad I did. Not only did the stain come out completely, but our couch looks just like it did on the showroom floor. A-abc Chemdry was more expensive than some other quotes we'd obtained (still less expensive than Stanley Steemer), but I believe it was well worth the money. Hey there my fellow Yelpers. We recently relocated and we needed our carpets professionally cleaned to get rid of the previous dwellers' pet dander and to have fresh carpets, before we received our new furniture. So, I did some internet suffering and came across someone with great reviews; however he wasn't in the area. Yet, he referred me to Jonus. It was the best referral ever, because Jonus did an amazing job! He was very professional, arrived at the scheduled time, was efficient and the carpets look amazing! He also went beyond the call of duty and was willing to show me how efficient his services would be, by allowing me to compare my Shark vacuum cleaner against his vacuum. Basically he allowed me to run my shark in an area, then he went over the area with his suction machine and showed me what still remained in my carpet after the Shark! I'm always intrigued by things like this, so I was pleased that he offered this demo. We got a new puppy in October and boy did he make a mess! We called Blackmon Mooring out first but they got in and out so quickly, they didn't do a sufficient job. And it was no time before our puppy began remarking those same spots. In fact he made more! Desperate, I searched for a company that specialized in removing pet stains and odors and stumbled upon A-abc Chemdry on the internet. I requested a quote via their website and received one in the form of an estimate invoice same-day. It was a little high but you get what you pay for, right? When I called to book an appt., the representative was not only friendly, but knowledgeable about the product. The guys arrived on time and were both friendly and very thorough in explaining the process. They vacuumed first (never seen that before...) then got to work. Aside from the pet stains, I had also dropped a tube of black eyelash adhesive on the carpet in the master bath and nothing or no one had been able to remove it. But the tech was able to remove the stain. It was at that point that I became very pleased. In fact, once I finalized the bill, I received a compliment on the structure and decor of my home from one of the techs! One can always gets on my good side with a compliment! The cleaning chemicals they used filled the house with a nice, fresh scent and the pet stains and odors have vanished. And the carpet was dry in about an hour! I would highly recommend this business. We tried having another carpet company clean some carpet in a rental unit that had pet stains and a terrible odor. When the first company left the carpet was wet for a day and a half and the smell and several of the stains were still there. I called abc Chem Dry and they came out. Jose was great...very articulate and informative and most important, super thorough. There are zero stains and no smell at all now. And the carpet was barely wet at all when they left.
